They are refusing to withdraw money from free spins. I have 50€ continuously cancelled, all documents ok, I have withdrawn before and currently they are cancelling 3 times in a row now for no reason. Winnings are cancelled for wrong reasons. Two of my deposits were booked from my bank account but never got credited on the casino, you have to send them your bank statemant and after three days you can play never had this issue somewhere else very frustrating if you have to wait three days on your deposit. The casino just cancels winnings and doesn't pay out which is what I consider a scam. If you play with bonus money almost no slots are allowed.
