They have a good amount of slots, many providers, but so do others, not such a big advantage in my personal opinion. Nothing else I would point out here
Customer service is unbelivably uneducated and unprofessional. If you want questions answered, google yourself, or try mailing the management. Live chat service will 99% not solve your issue.
Loyalty programe is bad, like really, really, bad and overcomplicated. New players might get the feeling they are getting something out of it, but in reality it's not even 0.5% of your losses. If you get some free spins, they are distributed so you can't actually win anything - you get 25 freespins in total, divided to 5 different games, meaning 5 spins per slot. They are always "polite and open to discussion" but will never actually help you out, or offer you any kind of incentive to continue playing, even after 30 days depositing every day, and being there for over a year. It all comes down to NO, we can't do anything for you.
I have never, ever encountered a casino which is so cheap in my opinion. A good casino knows how to reward true gamblers, ones who are in it for the fun, and rarely withdraw no matter the amount won. But.......the reason why I give this casino a bad review is....trust.
I deposited, being promised a bonus and a week long access to freerolls, which I did not get. The bonus is also misleading because you don't really get the bonus, you have to playthrough your own deposit, to get the bonus. Fast withdrawal process is the only good thing here. Apart from that there is nothing else that i found good about Videoslots. They have a lot of slots and providers, but most are updated only late. Don't expect exclusives.
Loyalty program is just awful. Weekend boosters are ridiculous - meaning if you spend 100 Euro, you will probably get about 0.5%, or 0.50 Euro back as weekend booster. Apart from that you have so-called Clash of Spins which are in reality annoying pop-ups which allow you to earn free spins (Mostly you get 5 per slot so there is no chance you actually hit anything, ofc lowest possible value stake, and often not even able to use if that particular slot is not allowed in your country!)
Customer support is also very bad. They don't know how to solve problems or help out, only pretend to be polite to the point where it becomes irritating. You come to them with a problem, and you are clearly not happy about it, and they will ask you how is your day, or how are you feeling. Instead of problem solving, they will probably just quote a paragraph from rules section, which usually has nothing to do with what you asked for. Simply annoying.
Also, frequent server errors are to be expected if you play on VS. You will get interrupted many times, get your winning sessions closed down etc.
I would not recommend this casino to anyone.

This site is structured like no other with all the information one could ever want at one's fingertips. For example, the RTP of every game is available showing the theoretical and actual RTP, unlike other casinos who just show the RTP somewhere hidden deeply in the structure because it's a legal requirement. The number of games is phenomenal - no site I know has 3400 games to chose from.
I like the battles (tournaments) in particular as for as little as 1 Euro winnings can be well over 50 Euro and are definitely value for money with the entertainment value thrown in. This is not really a negative aspect, but Videoslots is not able to change the currency you play with. Originally I had an EUR account that I've changed to CAD and this could only get resolved by closing my original account and re-opening a new one.
