Having massive problems Deposited £500, got to up £1000 and they won't pay me, says I have to wager 1x the Deposit amount which is not mentioned anywhere in the terms, only mentions a 3.95% fee of the wager amount remaining which i'm happy to pay. Even the support says I can do that - I have screenshots of that - but it keeps getting rejected and this has being going on for about 2 days. I have a play-block and wager limit on the account - so i wouldn't reverse and spend it (the curse of the reserve) but they keep refusing to process the withdraw even though they put a note on my account for it. A joke. Won 360 off 20 quid, great. Tried to withdraw. I generally don't rewrite a review, but it seems I under-rated this casino. Slightly Lengthy verification process although I do understand security is important.

This is the 3rd report about the casino and unfortunately my rating is going down.. I like playing at the casino as I find it's the nest casino around. I have read all the comments and some I agree with and others I don't. Generally, the best on-line casino to play at.

I really have had, still have and continue to have the same issue as so many have complained about on this site. It is the verification process.. I was advised a few times how quick the cashouts are. I chatted 2 days ago and they told me it should take less than 24 hours. I verify daily and it still reads, "processing". I chatted again with Johan and all he said was he was surprised it's taking so long and that maybe they are busy... Great response.. Makes you feel "special". Maybe someone needs reminders on who's losses salaries are paid by? Nonetheless, should this be a "true" reason than maybe they Videoslots should be paying more attention to their misleading 24 hour verification notices clients are being told about. Thank-you. From day one of joining I've been unable to get the SMS deposit code required by videoslots despite my details being correct and its the number they ring me on, I've been told a number of times that its being looked into but it never gets sorted so after the amount of times you can deposit runs out they have to ring me again if I want to spend money with them. This is not always good for me to take a phone call (why are they the only site that does this deposit method?) as a business method it must be costing them money and if the system is broken fix it either way its poor.

Dont like that you have 2 options to deposit.

It will either let you do a quick deposit of the same amout you deposited before. But on a mobile device when I clicked deposit it looked like nothing happened so clicked deposit again. When the screen still looked the same because im on a mobile so I scrolled up and the confirmation message was the top. So I deposiyed an additional 2 times instead of 1 without knowing.

If the quick deposit option doesnt appear it makes you find your bank card and enter everything in again which is even more annoying

All the games run smoothly, never kicked off screen. I don't always win here but I feel I have a chance to win. Also I play in Canadian funds same currency I deposited.

I like the following:
1) Lots of choices.

3) The options in seeing the highest paying slots although these can be misleading.

4) The casino manager responds to each comment. That says something.

1) Not many bonuses. Although those that are given are calculated differently than most casinos.

2) The verification process is a little absurd as I was accepted on the intadebit and refused on all others simply because you cannot use the same identity twice so you have to look for other cards to be accepted.

3) The fact that although I like the casino, I have played lots of cash and can never seem to cash out as the casino seems to take it back pretty quick, (this is in comparison to others I've played in.

4) Customer service helped to get my verification for Instadebit confirmed when I had downloaded the same exact identity card as I had originally downloaded but was refused the first time ???

5) The fact that not much is asked of me to deposit on instadebit but you have to give so much in order to withdraw ?? That portion is still unclear as to what is needed to withdraw when you deposit with Instadebit and am confirmed as verified for instadebit withdrawal. Maybe I don't need to have anything else verified ?

OK so the concept of this site is different in both positive and negative. I do have to disagree with some of the other contributors but guess that's down to taste and opinion. Videoslots try and give you something back rather than 50% bonus every week for whatever event in the world is going on at that time, and yes it is annoying when some of the promotions T&C aren't as transparent as would do them credit but that is down to customers like me skimming.

I have had so many random rewards or tokens and unexpected won quite nice sums which if I wanted to could of withdrawn. There withdrawal process isn't some mastermind challenge they just have their own procedures which I guess we should value as a good practice.

Customer service is really bad. Does not state what documents are needed for I.d in the terms and conditions. Lied to numerous occasions. So dissapointed that I made deposits because if this had been stated properly I would not have even registered. Lots of games. Prob is servers crashing all the time, credit goes missing when page is refreshed and support are not what you would call support. Can't do anything, don't keep records of chats, slow chatting, almost the same speed as emails! Forget about getting vip treatment here, pretty much a no bonus casino when depositing.

The welcome Bonus is misleading. They state 100% welcome bonus but most of the time I guess it would be impossible. Example: I deposited £70, expecting £70 bonus, which I got. However I was unable to play with the bonus as you have to "Release" it, by wagering and each 10% gets added to your balance, so in my case for every £150 wagered I got £7 added to my balance. All started well, but by the time i got to 25% progress ii started losing (Which happens obviously.)

But now that i lost, I have £56 in my "Bonus balance" Which I can't use until I deposit again, meaning I only got £14 (20%!!) as a deposit bonus. So the welcome bonus is very misleading and quite frankly disgusting, as I feel I have not had my welcome bonus.

The Loyalty Team is not yours to talk with, you can not communicate directly towards them. The support staff will tell you that rewards can only be awarded by its automatic reward system. But I get different answer talking to support staff, and sometimes they say it exist a Loyalty team.

I give you an example, I was about to deposit 1200 euro. I talked with the support staff to be able to sort out a custom made bonus for this occasion.
