I joined this casino recently because the one I played on for 17 years went bust. So far, Videoslots is all good. To me, there seems to be a huge selection of games. I've experienced instant, friendly, and helpful chat. My first withdrawal was hassle-free and done at the speed of light. There are all sorts of interesting bonuses that are gained throughout play and can be activated at any time. My second withdrawal is taking longer because of the verification process but I guess once it's completed the withdrawals will be as fast as the first one.
To summarise, excellent customer service, fast withdrawals, good selection of slot games.

Not too sure about the trophies, maybe they are just for fun.

Things that are important to me as a casino streamer. Deposit bonuses, fast withdrawals and game selection. Nice first deposit bonus with a decent chance of completing the wager. In this case I got 100% bonus and 300 free spins and a measly 20 x wager! Bonus released in 10% increments which is interesting but it does mean that you don't get a nice lump at the end of your wager. Also I had a non sticky bonus, so you can withdraw at any time, forfeiting any remaining wagering. With offers like that why would you choose to play somewhere with a sticky bonus? Id verification was quick and easy, with uploads within your account. I did clear the wager but broke even, requested a withdrawal on Vis debit. Money was in my account the next day. None of this waiting 48 hours to approve that you find elsewhere.

Also you get tonnes of rewards in the shape of free spins and boosts to reel race points. I think I had 20 rewards waiting for me by the time I finished my wagering. Game selection is pretty big, though I remember that that were missing a few newer games, such a Diamond Mine from Blueprint, though they did have other Blueprint games.

Couldn't really ask for much more from an online casino

Bonus system is a bust, the 100% up to 200€ welcoming bonus has to be activated manually after first deposit, otherwise the wagering won't start and once your real money is gone you are baffled why you don't have the bonus money for playing.

I can not believe anyone has not complained about how their so called bonuses work??? I was told I would get a 100% bonus... I read all T&C and thought it was clear, I also did a chat and again thought it was clear... so I did deposit... I quickly lost all my $100.00... then I thought I still had the bonus 100.00 to play with. But no.... I would have to do another deposit of a 100.00 to get 10% of the original 100 bonus ... what the heck??? - When filtering games for example Greentube, and you quit the game. The filter does not go back to what you had before, so you have to redo the filter everytime.

Huge selection of games, good customer service. The rewards system is the best I've seen. Great to get those wager free amounts coming in when you least expect it just for playing. I was on a losing streak and had zero balance, logged on and there was $12 from my weeks play and I got lucky and turned that into $800, it was in my bank 2 days later. The first withdrawal took about 5 days the next 2 took 48hrs and money is in the bank.

The only problem I have is that if you use prepay master cards or Visas you have to send in pictures of them or your account is not verified and you cannot make a withdrawal. Guess they have security reasons as some of these cards may be stolen but it is just a hassle I didn't have at the other sites I played at.

This was probably the best casino around but they have gone backwards very fast. How can they accept a deposit but are unable to do a withdrawal? I have 3 different card providers (validated) but can’t withdraw to any? Live chat either don’t know the answers or are under instructions to act in this manner, nor can the player escalate it further up the chain, which again gives me the impression that they are under instructions. Videoslots used to be my favorite casino and I used to have my own account manager there but for some reason after I had won a lot throughout the months, one day my deposits were completely blocked and everytime I contacted livechat, they said they would send it forward to be investigated, I only got an email back saying to check with my bank, which I did and they told me to check with Videoslots. I asked on chat again and I got the same story and they said they’d escalate it and again, I got no response from anyone. I had to open accounts with Leovegas and Rizk now since I am no longer able to deposit at Videoslots.
