Vegadream Casino - Casino refusing to give my money
I got free sprins credited to my account 8/6 and by spinning on slots i reached 31.2€. I feel satisfied so i withdraw 31.2€. Later that day i deposit 70€ of my own money and use a 25% wager bonus. After playing for a while i quit for the day. The day after (9/6) i log in and see that my withdraw has been cancelled without any warning, because the withdraw limit was 30€ and ask me to withdraw again. The problem now is that i have 121.2€ in my balance divided in 90€ bonus money and 31.2€ in real cash balance. I can't withdraw anything since my bonus funds will be cancelled, and i dont want to play more with my "real" 30€ since the max cashout is 30€, so no point in even playing since i can't withdraw anything more than that, in other words im stuck with no option other than contact support. So I write to live support (9/6) and explain my situation with the mixed balances, and they say they will forward the ticket to the correct department. I ask how long this will take, and she says up to 48h. So I wait, and wait and wait. I write an email after the 48h have passed, and still no response. I write to live chat again and say that they will forward the ticket once again. Today, (15/6) i see that my 90€ bonus funds have dissapeared and left is my 31.2€. I write to support and ask what's happening, and they send me a chapter from the TOS saying that i haven't finished the wager in 7days and now my bonus has expired. I have had no chance to finish my wager since my account has been "locked" with my mixed funds. 7 days has gone and i have heard nothing from any support department, even though i was promised in live chat that "it can take up to 48h". They literally delayed my support request for a whole week so my bonus would expire, this can surely not be allowed?

As I always said the most important for me is the live casino.

What I'm looking for is a very good casino where they have the best provider and the best casino game table. And this is what I found on vegadream.

Games are loading very fast and I never had any issue like lag or anything else that is the nightmare for live casino players.

I play at this moment on 4 casinos and im very happy about Vegadream.

So the only thing that I can mention is that the customer service is not open 24/24.

I travel a lot because of my work, so sometime im outside Europe, and then the time is differents and as a live casino player if something bad happened is a bit difficult situation and its always good if you can solved the problem fast.

But they offer a German and English customer service. That is for me the best thing as it's easy to discuss with the customer support team.

There is not much of a tough note here for Vegadream casino since this site has a lot to offer. I like it that way and i think we can all enjoy more of it in the long run. Who knows, we may even get to get some more of it since this site really offers a lot of bonuses as well. We can enjoy those benefits and get a lot of those big wins in the end from this casino and this is what I like about it so much. That says a lot about the way it is done from each and every staff they have there.

Well, to be honest I do not like the way that the payment methods have been working out so far. This is why I would like to get a chance at the better transactions that this site can offer soon in the long run. That should always be a huge factor to consider in every casino - just a big reason why this casino should try to improve by adding more of those payment methods since they can be really bothersome for some people who put a lot of time in working out the longer payments instead of getting the easier ones to work. It is my personal experience with the casino, but in short:
Withdrawal requested on 02.Nov and after many support chats and alleged security investigations it was still not transferred on the 12.Nov, although the support confirmed to me that it will be conducted same day.
On the 13.Nov I was still able to cancel the payment and high rolled everything to zero. I had no confidence anymore to get my money back. Later on that day I received an email stating that my account would be finally verified. What a joke.

Nice welcome bonus for those who understand that they have to check general terms and conditions for bonuses, don't get carried away and check every time they intend to play a game that it's not strictly forbidden.

It's incomprehensible that someone at a Gammix Ldt casino is so unprofessional that he or she takes the decision to don't even care to make a reference to general terms and conditions for bonuses. The welcome bonuses are presented with some terms and conditions which easily can be mistaken for the actual full terms and conditions since there is no reference to the full terms and conditions at all.

After playing for 12 years I was fully aware that general bonus terms & conditions may apply.
You make a list of "forbidden" games while playing with a bonus. Since they are not in alphabetic order you need to do that not to make any mistakes. It's all on the player not to get carried away and play forbidden games. Which I still accidently did and all was null and void. That is my mistake, but is it fair to the player? I don't think so.

I wouldn't even had cared to write this if the casino clearly had made a reference to general bonus terms and conditions when presenting the welcome bonus. But not doing that is unfair and/or unprofessional.

There is a way to prevent players to play forbidden games by blocking them but that is not an option since the software doesn't allow that from what I have learned. All the more reason to be clear.

Either you don't specify terms and conditions for bonuses and instead link to general terms and conditions for bonuses. Or you specify terms and conditions for bonuses where these are presented. Not something in between which is the case here. It's simply misleading and should not exist 2021.
