Vegadream Casino - Casino refusing to give my money
I got free sprins credited to my account 8/6 and by spinning on slots i reached 31.2€. I feel satisfied so i withdraw 31.2€. Later that day i deposit 70€ of my own money and use a 25% wager bonus. After playing for a while i quit for the day. The day after (9/6) i log in and see that my withdraw has been cancelled without any warning, because the withdraw limit was 30€ and ask me to withdraw again. The problem now is that i have 121.2€ in my balance divided in 90€ bonus money and 31.2€ in real cash balance. I can't withdraw anything since my bonus funds will be cancelled, and i dont want to play more with my "real" 30€ since the max cashout is 30€, so no point in even playing since i can't withdraw anything more than that, in other words im stuck with no option other than contact support. So I write to live support (9/6) and explain my situation with the mixed balances, and they say they will forward the ticket to the correct department. I ask how long this will take, and she says up to 48h. So I wait, and wait and wait. I write an email after the 48h have passed, and still no response. I write to live chat again and say that they will forward the ticket once again. Today, (15/6) i see that my 90€ bonus funds have dissapeared and left is my 31.2€. I write to support and ask what's happening, and they send me a chapter from the TOS saying that i haven't finished the wager in 7days and now my bonus has expired. I have had no chance to finish my wager since my account has been "locked" with my mixed funds. 7 days has gone and i have heard nothing from any support department, even though i was promised in live chat that "it can take up to 48h". They literally delayed my support request for a whole week so my bonus would expire, this can surely not be allowed?

December 31th at 12:01 P.M. (Canada Time), I received a nice promotional email for the New Year festivities.

The free spins were not available and their Live Chat was close due to the New Year festivities so I wasn’t able to get help.

I contacted them January 1st. Anja and Nina answered me this :

So, due to the big time difference, I had only 5 hours and 58 minutes to claim it. Between you and me, it’s not enough, especially that when they are the day, we sleep here!!!

It’s a bad will from them, especially that they decline to credit it again as a goodwill gesture.

So I want to denounce th3 bad will of this platform.

They also send me a lot of promotions with restricted providers for my area so each time I must spend a lot of time in their LiveChat to switch game.

Their LiveChat is not opened 24 hours and the waiting is sometimes long.

They also don’t offer a sports section.

They need to improve a lot because right now it’s a bad player’s experience.

Was really imprest by the higher getting bonus percentage and lower getting wager amount for the welcome bonuses. Very cool concept. On my last bonus I had 300% and 20x wager with no max cashout. Lukcy me managed to finish the wager of the 2nd and 3rd bonus. Money is already on my bank account.

In the beginning I got a lot of bonuses. Ended when they did the move in Nov 2023. They have a good line up with games but not everyone works for all regions. Easy to deposit (never tried to withdraw).

Costumer service is not there thing. If you have some tech problems you wont get the needed help. I’ve experienced some problems with freespins that didn't LOAs.
When I check I found out that the game didn't exist (probably for some players).
I tried to contact their live chat during the hours they Said they should be open. Was waiting in queue for 30 min as number one but no one was there. When I finally reached costumer service they told me the freespins wasn't available anymore and lied about having logs that proved I wasn't logged in during that day (I had web history that shown I was logged in several times during the day).
I have closed my account now (live chat couldn't help with that either).
Much better to choose other casinos with better service and better treatment for loyal players.

Top Casino. Don't need to say to much. They have all my favourite Slots and LIve Casino games. Mainly I am playing with out bonus but I saw the Bonus terms also quit fair. Made many winnings at the Roulette table and money came straight away via Crpyto.

I saw on this website it's shown that Austrian players cannot play at Vegadream. But that's not true. I have been playing there for a long time and some friends of mine also and some just registered like 1 month ago. For me it's one of the best casinos. They provide me always every day with very interesting offers. I don't use it everyday but when I see something very interesting I always take it. In total I think I withdrew 10-15 times and never had any problems.

Would be cool if I had the possibility to not only deposit with paysafecard but also withdraw to my paysafecard account. But unfortunately only deposit is possible.
