Well, for my personal experience is that after the welcome bonus, Tsars casino does not offer much as a reload bonus or other nice promotions. One thing that made my rating for them much lower is that you can maximum withdraw €2000/day, €5000/week, €10.000/month and €50.000/year. I had a reall nice win of €5400 and now I can even withdraw it all within one week. That is not nice I think. For me it´s ok bcs I can keep my money there without playing anymore.
