I made withdrawal request last week to mifinity wallet, which I m always using on tsars. Never had an issue with it. I had lot of successful withdrawals.

Last week I made a withdrawal the same way. I didn't received a confirmation email which they usually send when they start to process. Normally they process it in max 2 hours.

Then a couple days later I received an email stating that my withdrawal didn't went through. I get in touch with support. They told me they have an issue with their system. They need some extra time. Then they returned the money to my casino account and told me to try again. Which I did.
I ve got some emails from them stating that they having issues with mifinity. That's all I know, last 2-3 days they payment team went quiet, no email, nothing.

I m keep trying on the site with support, but the answer what I get every time is: they are working on it, be patient.

I think I was patient enough, they supposed to process it in 2 days.

Tsars Casino - Problem with Missing Withdrawal

Good morning,

On June 5, 2025, I made withdrawal requests in the amounts of 4000, 4000, and 2000 PLN, and later on the same day, I made additional withdrawals: 5 x 2000 PLN. The withdrawals of 4000, 2000, and 4 x 2000 PLN were successfully credited to my bank account immediately.

Three days later, I submitted a complaint stating that 2 of the withdrawals had not reached my account. This is not the first time such a situation has occurred, but in the past, the casino always acknowledged the error and returned the money to my player account. In this case, Tsars refunded 2000 PLN, but I have still not received either the 4000 PLN to my bank account or a refund to my player account.

The casino claims that everything is fine on their end and that the funds were sent. They provided me with RRN numbers and asked me to check with my bank. However, my bank does not have the capability to trace incoming transfers using RRN numbers. Tsars asked me to provide proof of this conversation with the bank, which I did.

I have sent them account statements, but they continue to insist that the funds were sent. I am attaching my bank statement, a screenshot of the transaction in question, and the conversation with the bank.

Tsars Casino - Pending time for withdrawal passed

I have been a member of tsars for years now. Have made multiple withdrawals that have been fine with no issues including one for $2000nzd that got paid to me on the 12th of this month.
This time I have made contact with support a lot and have been told there is a problem with payment provider and keep getting told to wait. I asked if I could change to crypto withdrawal and I was told yes but only if I make a deposit via crypto first. Which I did, Only to find out this was not true. All the info is recorded and will be provided in this complaint. It has only been 40 hours since requesting the withdrawal but in there terms and conditions it states withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours.

Hello!

As title says, withdrawal request on tsars casino got stuck on "pending" status.

Withdrawal request was made 31.5.2024.

I have contacted tsars support several times regarding this problem and i have always gotten the same response "issue has been forwarded to the Finance department and they will contact as soon as the problem is fixed etc etc". It has been way over a month and still no update.

I have been playing there for several years, made several deposits and withdrawals and never gotten any problems except this time. Could it be a real issue they are trying to fix or are they not trying, i do not know. But what i do now, this is not normal and they should reward the withdrawal amount back to my gaming balance as this is not an issue caused by me.

Tsars Casino - Three weeks fore a withdrawal

Hi, I did a withdrawal. 2024-06-18 And I still haven't received it.

After I did the withdrawal. I got a new card from the bank since the last one wasn't usable anymore. Unfortunately, the old card. Was the one I did the withdrawal on and when i got a new 1 it's the same card just different expiration dates.

I have done withdrawals with the new card and it has worked perfectly. However, the one I did with the old 1 is still under pennding.

Since a couple of years I play on tsars.com

I have never had any problems with withdrawals. Over the years I deposited a large amount of money, and occasionally I win something , and most of the time it is deposited on my bank account within a couple of hours.

So last time, I requested 3 withdrawals on 01/06/24. The first 1000eur, second 300eur are still pending. The third withdrawal of 500eur was successfully processed.

I sent several messages to the support, but the only thing I get as a response is that I need to wait for the Financial Department , and that there is still no update regarding this issue.. I cannot believe that there is no update after almost 3 weeks...

So, is there anything you can do?

I love the inclusion of the 4 part welcome bonus which is an absolute steal, especially if you are a newcomer to the site. They offer top of the range slot games from well known providers. I can really say that Tsars is a very generous casino along with a very friendly UI that is easy to navigate and access.

I would suggest that they should include a FAQ page for additional info for every player that is new and is newly registered to this site. And this would be a great addition to the site.

It has a wide variety of games to start off with, and if not one of the better bonuses any casino can offer, it is worth checking out. Even for new players Tsars will be generous especially with welcome bonuses.

With that being said, a generous casino should offer a loyalty program along with more classic and newer games which could add more to the variety to their game catalogue.

I think Tsars has quickly established itself as one of the top places to gamble online.
I wouldn't say that tsars has the best bonuses but they have solid bonuses and promotions, especially the welcome bonus.
You have top tier providers along with a wide range of variety. Solid payment methods and hassle free transactions. For me it's more than enough to keep coming back to this casino.

To begin with, Tsars has a lot of decent and diverse payment options which makes transactions in this casino, smooth and really fast. to be honest, as well as a great set of games too choose from.
If you are looking a good online casino with diverse features. Tsars is really worth the try.

What makes tsars a little bit problematic for me is the laggy chat support it maybe me or my device but still.. Also with the chat support I want Tsars to have an additional support hours or more, just don't make it limited.

Tsars did everything right such as the kinds of games it offers as well as the selection of bonuses that I’ve tried so far. The cash return deal is a nice touch for a casino site as simple as Tsars.

The casino has too many restrictions which hinders my enjoyment because I travel a lot. I can make do using VPNs though so it wasn’t that much of a problem. I just wish it could be a lot more loose.

Tsars is probably a great choice if you are looking for variety, rewards and smooth transactions, This has been a well-rounded Versatile platform since, and if you are a first timer to online gambling, I do know that you won't have a hard time accessing the site. it's really user friendly and easy to use.

it is one of the best recommendations that you can check. Tsars generally speaking is a good casino to play at, Game selection is good to great, great game providers almost all of it are well known. There are also numerous languages available but not all of it. In summary Tsars has a great reputation.

But keep in mind, the selection is there don't get me wrong, however there is no betting in this site. mainly focused to online casinos, and take note although this site can be generous there are terms and conditions that might be unfair to player. Read them before you go out and play, but regardless it is a great casino.

Tsars has been a good site to bet in especially with the fact that they have been putting up a good focus on chat support 24/7 since they have done a great job to help players get a good experience on their casino gaming sessions for a good reason as well, other factors include fast and smooth payments. and has a great selection of casino games.

Tsars is the greatest online casino that I have tried so far. What really drew me in is the list of featured games because they show almost every great game that I have ever played. There are a few bonuses but they are good enough to keep me satisfied every week.
