This casino has lots of fun games and numerous deposit methods, the website layout is easy to navigate and very colorful and vibrant. The online chat representatives are friendly and quick to try to find the resolution to your problem, there are plenty of games for you to play.
I deposited $50 via e transfer, and the money did not show up for me to play with, although the money was auto deposit to the e transfer company and debited from my bank account. I got the casino now and they told me the refund had to come from the e-transfer company, called Pay direct now. The e transfer company told me the refund had to come from the casino. For 2 weeks and over 100 emails I argued with both paid direct now and what tigerriches to get my money
back. It was a constant battle of he said she said and in the end I was so stressed and in tears, that I close my account with tiger riches and I told Pay direct that I have given up and they had won.
I feel ripped off from both these companies, and I'm glad it wasn't a higher amount that they stole from me.

I attempted to make a $130 deposit via Idebit, but noted that there was an imposed limit of $20 - $100. This was new to me in the years of depositing via this method online, so I contacted support.
The agent told me my limit is higher than that, so I should check with my bank. I sent him a screenshot showing the limit placed by the site before even attempting a deposit, and he asked if I was using a debit card.
I explained that Idebit is an ewallet. He said I could try a different method if I wanted. I said nevermind.
I don't think these folks know what they are doing.
