The Casino does have a lot choice for slot games, and the decertation on their site was just fine. You are allow to active the bonus separately, but the website seems not finished all the features they were designed as a lot part of the site are saying still under constriction. Overall, a good looking casino.

Nothing about my luck, but this Casino gave me worst gaming experience and support lately during online plays. After checked here on AG with a 8.8+ ratings, I decided to try this site out by made two small deposits with their initial bonus $50(July 25th) and $70(July 27th) lost both of them but I felt the casino was alright.
In July 30th, I received an E-mail offer from them, the bonus offer came with 6 levels, higher levels will get better Match % and more free spins/VIP coins when deposits more money. I then decided to deposit $500 CAD which meets the level 5 bonus(40% match+150 freespins+11 vip coins) requirement. I made my deposit with the bonus code they offered me according to level 5(each level have a unique bonus code). I then went straight to playing this new slot game called book of Viking. Sadly I lost $500 with $3/spin within 5 mintues of play. That's all good, it's just my luck. Then, I went into the bonus section, try to active my match bonus and free spins that suppose come with the deposit. Again, it's my bad luck I assuming that I could not find any of those bonus offers that suppose come with my deposit. I am pretty sure I entered bonus code during that deposit, but obesely, the proper way was suppose contact their live chat before you make any deposit or you will not able to get them. I am not sure what's the point to put a unique bonus code for each level on their offer letter, if the bonus was only claimable through a live agent whom not even available 24 hours everyday. After chat with their live supporter, I was told they won't able to credit any of those bonus I suppose to get, but their customer care team would take good care of me next day once they started their shift. Then, next day, I received $30 dollars bonus play in my account. I am not sure if that was just my English or live support's English problem there, but a $30 dollars sticky bonus on a $500 cash deposit doesn't sounds like a good take care of. I then questioned the live supporter again, they told me that don't worry, I would get a good cashback bonus the coming Monday as well. It sounded fine to me and I let it go.
In Sunday, I made another $500 deposit after received another similar offer with different free spin games. This time I talked to the live support, and got the $200 bonus and half of 150 free spins that suppose come with the deposit. Finally I had a lucky section this time, and my bankroll went all the way up to $8000+ after finished wagering requirement. I then, decide to do a cash out, because usually I would lost all back if I do not cash out quick.(typical gambler's problem). When I processed to cash out, I was shocked!!!! They have a daily cash out limit of $400 CAD. I was so surprised by such policy because they do not have any limit for players to deposit into their casino. (Their level 6 of the bonus required a minimal deposit of $1,000 CAD to qualify). What kind casinos to encouraging players deposit over $1000+ each time, but only allow them to withdrawal $400 a day? I would take me 20 days to cash-out my $8,000 that I won. I was so pissed and ended up lost all back due to the fact that I knew there was no way I would able to wait even 2 days for cash out before I reveres the transaction. You can say I did not read their T&C's before I deposit my money. Yes, I would take the lost and blames to myself again because the careless of reading those policies on their Casino.
Well, at this point, I suppose still have a 10% cash back offer from them the coming Monday right? I read through all their T&Cs and pretty sure that I was qualify to get $112 cash back based on their own rules. Surprisely, I was wrong again. I was only awarded for $49 dollars. Not even 5% of how much I lost overall. I then questioned their agent what they answered to me was that, the cash back was calculated based on 10% of deposits minus all the bonus I received. Because, I used VIP tokens to exchanged $63 dollars last week, that's why I was only entitled for $49 dollars back. Haha, made me remember a song called "Hotel California" You can win any time you want, but you can never cash out ur winnings.
Overall, if you are here to play for fun, I think they are okay. But if you are here to gamble, I suggest you go somewhere else. Your odds to getting profit here is very very slim.

And then the cons.
I have played numerous (almost 100 internet casinos), but this was one of the bottom ones. Where do I start?
-Example: Play 'n' go / Pragmatic slots no RTP info given. So it could be anything between 70-90% (example normal book of dead RTP is 96.21%), but there is nothing about it behind the "?" button. I know a lot how slots works and also I know that the casino can order different versions of the game from the game provider. So that makes me suspicious.

-The offers are not true. I was offered a 150% bonus and it was a 100% first and 50% second deposit, so far away from normal 150% bonus. No apologies for incorrect advertising and misleading the customer. Ad still running.

-Customer service (in the chat) was really weak. Very rude person and didn't even say hello. Long response times. I’ve never really gotten a worse chat service.

-Significant predatory terms within their Terms and conditions. You can deposit via VISA, but you cannot withdraw to VISA. The terms force you to make a withdrawal to the deposit method. Also "If the amount of bets from the player’s real balance at the time of application for withdrawal is less than three times the deposit, the Company has the right to withhold a commission of up to 10% of the withdrawal amount. The commission is deducted from the player’s real balance.". So you cannot even withdraw if the casino has misled you with its offer.
