Golden Ticket 2 is a game release from Play'n Go that went live about a year ago. I remember this game was quite hyped up due to the reason that it's a sequel slot to the Golden Ticket slot, which is still popular these days. And of course, having played the Golden Ticket slot, I was very curious to try it out and see what this game has to offer. 

Following the footsteps of the first Golden Ticket slot, Golden Ticket 2 takes you to the adventure park, where circus characters play an important role. However, I think that as always, Play'n Go has made sure that the design is very tasteful, and even though I am not a fan of the circus theme, I really enjoyed the game design. And when it comes to the technical aspects, this is yet another cluster pays slot, that offers a wild feature and a bonus round.

In the base game, the goal is to get as many wins as to uncover the Bonus symbol, just like in the first game. The Bonus symbol placement changes on every spin and sometimes it's easier to trigger it than others. Regardless, I find it quite fun to chase the feature, even though it can be a little frustrating when the bonus is just one symbol away from being triggered. Also, similar to other cluster slots, whenever you get a winning combination, one of the symbols turns into a wild symbol, And if you get wins with the circus characters, they contribute to a wild meter. And if you fill it in a single spin, it will add wilds to the screen. Again, this feature can help to get bigger wins in the base game and help to trigger the bonus round.

Once you get to the bonus round, you actually get free spins, which I really like. And you get to choose from 3 different features, which have different volatility, in my opinion. You can either get more spins with regular wilds or fewer spins with up to 3x wild multipliers. but the way the multipliers work is quite interesting. Again, on every spin, you get a wild meter you need to fill, and if you do it in a single spin, you get a free spin with the wild feature. I usually go with the 3x multiplier as it has great winning potential, even though it is the most volatile feature. Also, with every winning cascade, the multiplier in the bonus increases, so if you get a good 5 oak combination, you're looking at possibly great wins. 

With that all being said, I also have to say that this is a very volatile game. I've had multiple sessions where I've been spinning the game at minimum stakes and not having a single win over 50x bet. And also I think that while the bonus round has great winning potential, it's pretty much all or nothing- I've had dozens of bonus rounds with 20x-40x bet wins. Overall, it's definitely a fun game, the bonus chase, and wild features make the gameplay more exciting. But make sure to pay attention to your balance, as this game can take your money very quickly even with minimum stakes.

Golden Ticket 2 is the renewed version based on the popular Golden Ticket slot from Play'n Go which was part of the cluster series on a grid setup from Play'n Go. If you are familiar with Energoonz then you should know this setup.

Now before the bonus feature was bad and paid very low 99% of the time, this time a new concept was embedded into this slot.
