Dear AskGamblers,

I won 3672€ on the 10th January and uploaded my KYC info on the 12th. I was unable to withdraw anything as this stage as the Casino website informed me that the account requires verification before a successful withdraw can be made. The same day the account was verified so i requested a withdraw based on there limit terms.

On the 16th of Jan the Casino emailed asking for a selfie next to the background of the website. Sent this to them. On the 22nd i received a reply that the gaming session has been sent to the game provider for checking and will take up to 14 business days.

on the 30th Jan the Casino asked me for the same selfie again which i sent.

On the 1st Feb the Casino asked for another selfie to be done next to a computer with the website in the background.

On the 14th of February i emailed the selfie to them. Since then i checked my account which is disabled, emailing the Casino and they do not reply to my emails and chat said who knows when they will unblock account, i just have to wait for an email from them.

The Casino have disabled my account without reason, do not respond to you and not paying.

Dear AskGamblers team,

We inform you that the selfie initially sent to the financial department by the user did not meet the requirements. After which the finance department again requested a new selfie, where all the information was legible.

The user sent a selfie again, but apparently the selfie was not new and was presumably taken on the same day as the selfie that the player sent to the financial department earlier (environment, position, surrounding objects, clothing, weather and time of day outside the window, etc.), although quite a lot of time passed between the user sending different selfies.

The financial department requested a new selfie with a passport in hand, with a paper with the current date written and the website of our casino in the background.

Dear AKEARNS,

We ask you to follow the instructions and send the information requested by the financial department at 2024-03-13 12:55:29 UTC+0 to [email protected]

Please note that all document fields must be legible.

All actions regarding your account are carried out strictly within the framework of the rules of our project.

Sincerely,
Stelario Casino Risk Department.

Dear Stelario Casino,

Please let us know why precisely the previously sent selfies can not be considered as good enough, since player informed us in the opening post of the complaint that several selfies had been demanded of him, and provided as requested.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Dear Ask Gamblers,
The Casino ask for a selfie at the start when verifying the account to be able to withdraw initially. I have also sent them numerous selfie`s against the background of there website and each time my account then goes in like a month review. they now want the same again with a note dated but still saying my account is under review. What`s next? They just will not pay. How many selfie`s do they need. This is unreasonable and no grounds for this. This is theft of my winnings. January i won this and ever since nothing but a headache.
The line has to be drawn here or i will just be forever sending more and more selfies. My money STELARIO. Pay up!
