Do not use this casino. They ignore and intentionally delay requests to self exclude. Followed the instructions to self exclude. I used the chat feature (ignored) and multiple emails and took over 2 weeks for them to action my request. They've ignored requests from Ask Gamblers for a response to my complaint. Have reopened my complaint and they still haven't responded.
