Nice looking website. Okay selection of games. I like the fact that I am sometimes awarded wager free cash through the box bonanza bonus; I've actually received well over £100 from that bonus game. The daily free game is meh. Although when I first played it some months ago, I won 10 free spins. Since then I've had nothing. I love the fact they now have a live casino (not before time) These guys have been living in the past for a long enough. I'm also happy that they now allow me to withdraw via my Mastercard instead of to my bank which took an eternity. Again, it's good to see Starspins catch up with everyone else.

As mentioned, they only have an okay selection of games. There are many providers missing which is a shame. The daily free game is pretty much a waste of time unfortunately, as it's very hard to win even a few lousy spins. They have no live chat option, which again, is like playing on an early 2000's website. If they got with the times a bit more, this would be a 9 or 10 star casino. I hope they implement these changes soon by introducing more games and games providers. Live chat is something ALL online casinos should have, so let's hope that comes soon also.

I recently made a withdrawal here. The only option I had for withdrawal was back to my bank account. This I found strange as it was with my debit card that I made the deposits with. I contacted live chat to ask why I was unable to use the same option for withdrawal. They told me that my card wouldn't allow withdrawals. This is not true as I am a member of several other casinos where I make daily withdrawals back to the same debit card.

It normally wouldn't be an issue. But the fact is, I have to wait a full 4 working days until I receive my winnings using bank transfer, when withdrawals back to my card take a max 24 hours. So I really don't know what the issue is. Also, they don't have many other ways to fund your account; For example, they don't offer Skrill or Neteller. Only Paysafe Card, or PayPal which is the absolute pits of a company! (in my experience)

It's a shame, but I won't be back. Being made to wait almost a week for your money is 2010 all over again.

Lack of transparency within the site. Having been vip status and a very loyal customer for several years, not happy with the vip team despite the fact they are consistent with keeping in touch (too much as they informed me a few days ago all was fine and my vip status was current only to find out today I no longer have vip status.) The daily free game (search for the phoenix) rarely actually gives any freespins or cash prizes and if they do the returns are very low. I know its free and you don't have to play but though I would write something in this box.

Regular small payouts and fast pay outs you can use the chat service but to be honest once been with them a while it seems to take and not pay out

Joined a few weeks ago and even though I haven't had a massive win I still enjoy playing there are regular small pay outs and I love the community jackpots :) Well done guys of all the sites I have played on I rate this as the best.

Sadly starting to be like other gamesy sites once you have a decent win it becomes impossible to win big for a very long time the community jackpots once won once seem to be harder to win again, pretty disappointing really as thought this was going to be a good site, customer chat becomes very rude after being with them for a while.

I joined this on a recommendation from a friend, I deposited £10 with went up to £20 I played through and wagered the required amount and won £650 on super Monopoly money, cashed out £600 played £50 won £267 on 100,000 pyramid, cashed out £200 played £67 won £100 on guns and roses, cashed out £100 and played the remaining £50 odd just for fun :) This is an amazing site with all the games I love so much.

I didn't really dislike anything cause nothing to dislike,

They have very fast withdraws, 1-2 days it was for me, they don't charge for a deposit or a withdraw unlike Casumo, Rizk and guts etc. They have a lot of WMS slots which everyone likes. Very nice casino, I have deposited a few times, was lucky enough to hit a big win and cash out £700 total from a £100 deposit. No documents were asked for and I received the money fast. Brilliant selection of games for slot players (Slots only casino) but still issues with games lagging slightly which do not lag when I test them on other sites using the same browser/PC.

Like the unique progressive community jackpots also which players share if they are playing real money when one of the jackpots is won by themselves or another player.

All in all 8/10

Only issue really is the slight lag on quite a few of the games other than that a very positive experience.
