Nice looking website. Okay selection of games. I like the fact that I am sometimes awarded wager free cash through the box bonanza bonus; I've actually received well over £100 from that bonus game. The daily free game is meh. Although when I first played it some months ago, I won 10 free spins. Since then I've had nothing. I love the fact they now have a live casino (not before time) These guys have been living in the past for a long enough. I'm also happy that they now allow me to withdraw via my Mastercard instead of to my bank which took an eternity. Again, it's good to see Starspins catch up with everyone else.

As mentioned, they only have an okay selection of games. There are many providers missing which is a shame. The daily free game is pretty much a waste of time unfortunately, as it's very hard to win even a few lousy spins. They have no live chat option, which again, is like playing on an early 2000's website. If they got with the times a bit more, this would be a 9 or 10 star casino. I hope they implement these changes soon by introducing more games and games providers. Live chat is something ALL online casinos should have, so let's hope that comes soon also.

I recently made a withdrawal here. The only option I had for withdrawal was back to my bank account. This I found strange as it was with my debit card that I made the deposits with. I contacted live chat to ask why I was unable to use the same option for withdrawal. They told me that my card wouldn't allow withdrawals. This is not true as I am a member of several other casinos where I make daily withdrawals back to the same debit card.

It normally wouldn't be an issue. But the fact is, I have to wait a full 4 working days until I receive my winnings using bank transfer, when withdrawals back to my card take a max 24 hours. So I really don't know what the issue is. Also, they don't have many other ways to fund your account; For example, they don't offer Skrill or Neteller. Only Paysafe Card, or PayPal which is the absolute pits of a company! (in my experience)

It's a shame, but I won't be back. Being made to wait almost a week for your money is 2010 all over again.

Lack of transparency within the site. The daily free game (search for the phoenix) rarely actually gives any freespins or cash prizes and if they do the returns are very low. I know its free and you don't have to play but though I would write something in this box.
