A slot from WMS based on a German beer house theme. We get 5 reels and 40 pay lines which is quite plenty. It has a busty Heidi character serving the beers. The lines are fixed so you will have to play with all 25 lines however you will get to adjust your bet size from as low as 0.40 stake.

The features are quite frequent and I have found them to come every once every 100 spins or so. Re-triggers are possible and if you land the waitress with purple back ground it will become a sticky wild for the duration of the free spin feature. It is possible to win up to 80 free spins to start off the feature but with as low as 5 free spins (which aren’t much good) you need more free spins to make something happen.

RTP is still above 96 at 96.28% RTP thus it provides some good returns and I have found my highest feature thus far being 175x and average coming in around the 50x bet. The base game can occasional provide a surprising good win and I have had a best of 131x which beats many free spins features. Lots of stacked symbols especially the beer wild symbol and you will be looking at a big win coming your way.

The lines are fixed thus there is no way to change how many lines you want to play to lower your stake per spin and there are plenty of players that would like this option but it is not available for this game thus it is 40 lines all the way. Although in the past it was possible to adjust the number of lines with some changes they made it fixed.

Sometimes the features are just 5 free spins which you can’t do much with as you really need a good number of free spins to get it going and get the wins up higher with some re-triggers. Sometimes the slot can get very cold and not only are the features then hard to get the base wins dry up and that is when you gotta leave and try on a different day.

Bierhaus is a video slot from WMS which can be found at many respected online casinos. The title of this game is German and means “Beer House”. It’s inspired by the German tradition and celebration of the Oktoberfest. A national holiday that’s well-known over the whole world where Germans put on traditional clothes (Lederhosen), such as you can see in the symbols of this game.

The background sound of this game add some atmosphere to the theme. You hear people talking and laughing, and it makes you feel like you’re in the middle of a pub. Bierhaus has 40-paylines, 5-reels and 4-rows. The minimum bet on this game is 40 cents, but I mostly played it at 80 cents per spin.

In addition, the game features stacked wilds and also stacked symbols for some. Not sure if all symbols are stacked, because I never seen them on each reel. Either way stacked wilds make it possible to even win big during the base game. I had several hits of above 100x bet size thanks to the stacked wilds during base game.

Besides the wilds, Bierhaus also has two different features. The attractive blonde lady holds the key to unlock those two features. One of them is the normal feature (lady with green background) and the other symbols is the gold feature (lady with purple background). I managed to trigger them both, and got one sticky wild with the normal feature and two sticky wilds with the gold feature.

Not too impressive I must admit. Not sure if you can get more than that number of sticky wilds, but my wins were very moderate during both free spins rounds. You need at least 5 of those ladies to trigger 5 free spins. I once had 10 free spins awarded and the other time 20 free spins.

My wins never exceeded 20x bet size during both rounds. But apparently you can win up to 80 free spins on Bierhaus. That’s what I always have liked about WMS slots and their big number of free spins sometimes. So the potential to win big with lots of wilds and lots of free spins is definitely there if you’re lucky.

Overall a nice themed game that I will undoubtedly play again.
