Really difficult casino to navigate. Very limited gaming providers too. New games tab shows old games too. There's no tab for recently played games which makes it hard to find previous games you've played.

Good ,game selection, decent bonuses, a clean website, had some good entertainment playing here overall and for the most part solid casino. Responsible gaming tools were good (have changed)

What I dislike about the casino is having made a deposit at the beginning of October and at the moment it's 23rd Nov I still can't play my deposit. Reason being the casino like some other sister sites have removed the limits section from the profile area and I have an old loss limit in place which I'm unable to remove. Support hasn't been supportive at all and simply tells me I need to email them a removal request, which I do however I never get any reply. For this they blame me and say their email is blocked and I can assure that I checked the list and they are not on it. So where do you go with a situation like this? Where is the casino taking some initiative and trying to remedy a situation like this, why have some of these dama casinos simply just removed the limits section so people like me can just remove what's needed and move on. In the end I have gifted my deposit to the casino and closed my account. Such a silly scenario and how professional to just blame the player for not being able to play their deposit?

It's easy to navigate and looks like every other Dama N.V casino. it has most of the games that I want to play and easy deposits. But they are missing a lot of games from hacksaw and push gaming

I now have multiple withdrawals pending but nothing has been sent even tho I'm fully verified as requested. Currently, as I write this have a pending withdrawal that has been pending for 50 hours and still not sent. I also have a few other withdrawals that have been pending for between 5-30 hours and nothing on them either. I have asked support for help and if they can contact the relevant department, but I keep getting the same auto message they type that withdrawals time can vary If they need to check something, bla, bla, bla. I will update this review when and if they do send the money. but as of now, I don't have a good experience here. Dont understand how it can vary so much from other dama n.v casinos as they send the money within 12 hours. and these guys haven't in 50 hours....

Spadesqueen has a good selection of games and is an easy-to-navigate site. Their KYC process is great - easy. It is the quickest I have ever been verified and you can do so straight away. Another feature is their service. I became a VIP fairly quickly and have a dedicated VIP manager. The standout difference here is that you can live chat with them and sort out any issues in a timely manner. Other sites just don't stack up in this regard and it really makes a difference. Most importantly they are a safe site to play at and are licensed. I recommend giving them a go...

It's the same as all other Dama NV-branded casinos. Easy to navigate and quick verification. cool royalty theme. Lot going for the casino other than their dismal withdrawal times.

Waiting over 60 hours for a withdrawal is unacceptable in today's casino climate. Chat was unwilling to help and they basically told me I'd get my money, If and when they feel like it. There are better more efficient casinos to play at. Don't bother playing here unless you want a headache.
