I dont have received any emails from this casino.
Verification process is veeeery very long.
You can send documents, will be accepted after 3 days, but account is still not verified. You will be asked about next documents, and will be checked in next 3 working days.
In this time withdrawal request is rejected, noone don't know why. And next 3 days waiting for check your withdrawal request. In my opinion this casino is a one big joke.

I made my first withdrawal on sons of slots 11 days ago, and it’s still not credited in my bank account. When I ask questions about it in the chat, they tell me that it’s paid by their side 8 days ago, and that I must contact my bank. I did of course, and my bank agent told me that it’s impossible that a sepa bank transfer takes so long..
My account is fully verified, and when I ask their risk-payments department they email me ( you will receive you funds, don’t need to worry) .. uhm I think everybody start to worry when you play for money and you’re withdrawal takes 11 days and still not hits your bank.
