I've been playing in this casino for almost a month. I made a deposit a few days ago with a 50% bonus. After I lost my deposit money I accepted the bonus which was 10 euros and until the end of the wagering requirements I reached 750 euros. They voided the 700 euros from my balance and left with 50 euros ( I accept that because it's in their terms). The 50 euro was withdrawable and clean. So I decided to play instead of withdrawing. With this money, I reached 2250 euros and after I made 3 cashouts of 500 and left in my balance 750 euro they came again and deleted all and left me with 53 euro in my balance. I talked to the support asking them to show me what the term is again and she wasn't helpful saying that I have other customers to talk also and go find it yourself.
