I am filing a complaint against SnatchCasino.io regarding an unpaid withdrawal of EUR 600.
I requested a withdrawal on June 9, 2025. The withdrawal was later cancelled and my balance was placed under review.
I completed all required KYC verification and no rule violations were ever communicated to me.
Since then, more than 8 months have passed and:
- I have received only generic responses such as “under review”
- No clear explanation or timeframe has been provided
- My emails have been ignored
Recently, my account was closed without explanation, and I lost access to my balance and account history.
Despite this, the casino continues to send me promotional emails.
My EUR 600 remains unpaid.
I request:
1) Immediate payment of my balance, or
2) A clear written explanation referring to specific Terms and Conditions
All evidence can be provided.
My account was closed while my balance remained unpaid, which I consider a serious violation of player rights.

Kindly note that as per the AGCCS Terms and Guidelines which you accepted upon registering and using our complaints system, you are obliged to provide the necessary level of assistance and cooperation during the process and providing updates in a timely manner is a must.
Should you fail to update your complaint within the specified timeframes, we will have no other choice but to reject the case and recommend you to forward it to the relevant regulatory body instead.

We are happy to update that the player has completed the wager fully. Unfortunately, it appears that the provider has declined the withdrawals requested. We are currently investigating the cause of this concern, in the meantime, we kindly ask the player to use bank transfer to repeat the withdrawal request and inform us when it has been placed to speed up the process as much as possible.

We wish to note that player's perception of the image is misleading. The total wager from the latest deposit is 300 (x3 of the deposits made - 2x50 EUR). Player currently has completed bets totaling a value equaling 284 EUR. As such, bets totaling additional 16 EUR are required to enable withdrawal.
7.5. To make a withdrawal, a Player must play through active deposited amounts at least thrice before the withdrawal. It is mandatory for each Player to fulfill a wagering requirement prior to initiating withdrawal. This means that each Player must place a minimum of one bet, equivalent to 3x the deposited amount.
During their gameplay, the player has made several bets in USD, which is different from the account currency of EUR. In such cases, a conversion rate may apply. If the conversion rate has changed during this period, the wager total might vary slightly. Once the wager is completed, the withdrawal will become available. Currently, player's account is unrestricted, subject to Withdrawal Terms of Snatch.

I have a critical update. After the casino claimed that all restrictions were lifted, I attempted to withdraw my full balance of 600 EUR. However, the casino is now blocking the withdrawal, claiming I must wager 300 EUR before I can withdraw.
I strongly object to this for the following reasons:
Unreasonable Delay: My funds have been held for over 8 months due to a "Provider Check" that resulted in no findings of wrongdoing.
Force Majeure: I have been unable to use my account for nearly a year. Requiring me to gamble now, after such a long and stressful dispute, is predatory and a violation of player rights.
No Rules Violated: The casino itself confirmed that "no abnormalities were found."
I have no intention of placing further bets on this platform after the way I have been treated. I request the AskGamblers team to intervene and demand that the casino processes the full 600 EUR withdrawal manually, waiving any turnover requirements due to the extreme circumstances and the 8-month delay caused solely by the operator.
