The situation is tragicomic, for a couple of days trying to set up an account in this casino, re-registration has two steps. The first one gives an email and password and in the second one gives personal details. During the second step after entering all data, the system does not allow you to register an account because it considers that the email is incorrect.

For a few days every day, I contacts a suppoort who is helpless and can not deal with the problem, what more does not allow me to create a new account with a different e-mail address despite the fact that my data is not in their database but only e-mail which the system does not pass.

The most incomprehensible for me is that I can not set up an account for another email address, despite the fact that my data is not in the database of this casino because the system does not allow registration because of an incorrect email

I had self excluded a long time ago from a casino that seems to be one of their partners, which I of course did not know. I registered at this casino, got a nice bonus, played and didn't win. I made a deposit again without a bonus and won about 600 euro's and decided to make a pay out. I sent in documents for verification and suddenly they blocked me, confiscated my winnings and said that because I self excluded from a partner casino ( no idea which one) I could not play with them. So they confiscated my winnings and blocked my account. If this is their rule, which I can understand, then apply it at the moment somebody registers and not at the moment they request a pay out. I was able to make a deposit twice without an issue and got blocked when I wanted to make a pay out. This is not fair game...so don't play with this casino of you ever self excluded from one, Then first check , If you can, which other casino's they manage. because you can register, you can deposit multiple times, but in case you win, you cannot pay out. A nice way to gain money, what if I would have won a jackpot ? This is simply not ok, as I could not know this. bad bad bad.

This casino is slowly going downhill from withdrawals taking 8 - 10 working days to supercharged winnings payed incorrectly and I assure you this is still not fixed.
