Changing requirements for payment

So I went to withdrawal my winnings, I checked and the amount may 4th, I put in was the amount available for withdrawal, $1300. I waited for review , about 10 days. Then approval another 10 days. It was approved so I went to withdrawal, said it was on the way and then jun 5th my account was back at 1300. When I contacted they said I wasn't fully verified, even though my profile showed everything approved. They said i need proof of residence a bill of any kind would do. So I provided. Then they tried saying the address differed . But pointed out my driver's license, which they already verified, the address on my account and the bill we're all the same. Then they said I need to provide a birth certificate or passport I don't understand why I only found out about these "requirements " after trying to withdraw but they weren't need to deposit and play?

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.

So there was some miscommunication I think because when contacting customer support they we're treating my withdrawal as a new request which ment it would go the the whole process again. I reached out again to Tawni and explained what was happening. She responded back letting me know everything had been taken care of and should receive payment by 6/17. I thanked her for her help with everything and now just waiting on those business days to come around lol.
