The agent you chatted with was indeed accurate regarding the amount you are due. You used a coupon (PLAYMANIA (1 of 9999), which carried a 10x maximum cash out amount. Your deposit was $95, so 10 x $95 = $950. This is all you are eligible to receive based upon the coupon you used.
I did previously attach my email address, but since it appears you're not seeing it, I've sent you an email directly. Please be sure to send me your Bitcoin crypto address as soon as possible.

The funds from your withdrawals were returned to your playable balance until we can sort out your method of payment. Don't worry--you will be paid. ;-)
To this end, I've spoken with our Payments Manager and she has stated that your winnings will have to be paid in Bitcoin. To be honest, this will be the fastest and easiest method for you.
