Delayed Payment and Coercion to Deposit

I submittede multiple withdrawals to Slots of Vegas on 04/08/25 for $2,500 each. My first payment of $2,500 was reduced to $653 which is barely more than I deposited due to the removal of the bonus amount when there were more than enough funds for the bonus removal outside of my withdrawal request. The platform intentionally reduced my first payment amount of approximately $24,000 in withdrawal requests to $653. They intentionally reduce and delay payment in the hopes players cancel their withdrawals so they can continue to play. I have 3 pending withdrawals for $2,500 each that were all submitted on 04/08/25 which is now outside of the approval time stated in their terms and conditions. Moreover, when I asked to have these escalated, the platform had the nerve to imply that I needed to deposit more funds in order for them to push the payment through when I had literally deposited $5,000 the day before. Trying to force me to deposit more funds so that they issue payment is blatant coercion. I want all pending withdrawals approved and payment issued immediately.

I have received the payment from Slots of Vegas but I do not see an attached email address for the casino support to look into my other withdrawals.
