Approved Bitcoin withdrawal unpaid no TXID provided


On 2026-01-14 I requested a Bitcoin withdrawal of $701.61 from Slots of Vegas.

On 2026-01-23 the casino marked my withdrawal as approved and stated that funds are sent within 7–10 business days after approval. That window has now fully passed.

I have not received my Bitcoin and the casino has not provided a TXID (transaction hash). When I asked for it, support said they would share the “hash” once they get it, which confirms the payment has not actually been sent yet.

My account balance now shows $0.04, so the funds are neither in my wallet nor available to withdraw again.

I requested that the casino either:
1. Send the $701 immediately with a valid TXID, or
2. Return the funds to my balance so I can re-withdraw them.

The casino has not taken either action, leaving my payout in indefinite limbo.

Requested resolution:
• Immediate payment of $701 in Bitcoin to my wallet, or
• Immediate return of $701 to my casino balance.
