Sloto cash keeps giving me runaround possible scammers

I have been more than patient after winning almost $500 after I deposited $25 and first time ever trying them out and they kept purposely failing my verification attempts stating that my documents weren’t good enough. Which is a complete lie .I have an iPhone 14 pro max and the camera is perfect. It’s been about a month now since winning and trying to reach support but it’s always the same. Now theyhave finally approved my verification and stated it would be 48 hours until they process my cash out but it’s been over 96 hours. Really feel cheated and disturbed….

Withdrawal denied due to active bonus

I made a crypto deposit for $27 on the 9th of July with a bonus and free spins I got up to Round 2600 I withdraw 2500$ from it and played the rest when I was looking threw my bonus coupon after withdrawal was in progress about 24hours later I redeem one of them that was 16bday for 16$ and they said that is why I lost our on my 2500$ withdrawal my withdrawal was made and being processed with had nothing at all to do with the coupon over a day difference and lost $16 within a few minutes I screenshot the withdrawal request before they deleted it the only reason why is because they said I redeemed a bonus which is after the fact

Prolonged verification and withdrawal issue

So I ended up winning $499 on a free $20 dollar chip and needless to say, I was pretty excited because I had just got done depositing around $100 and losing it almost immediately.

I knew I still had to verify my account so I went ahead and submitted the exact same documents that I had successfully used to verify my account with Luckyland Slots, Chuma Casino, and even took out a personal loan with the very same documentation.

I started this process about a month ago; I submitted multiple photo's of my valid US passport, which was denied not every corner showing, and then was denied because they "couldn't read it" (but it still worked for everything and everyone else???) and even tried my state I.D which is expired but i figured it was worth a shot. Then submitted both sides of my debit card on file (which isn't always a requirement), as well as proof of address

Every one of my documents I sent in to verify were denied the first 3-4 times around and I explained to customer service that I had misplaced my passport while moving to my new house a few months ago and that I'm not able to take any new pictures, so it was starting to seem like a frustrating lost cause. A few days later I ended up finding a super unmistakably clear photo of my passport somewhere in the depths of my google drive so I sent that in with the same other documents and BAM, got approved.

I decided to cash out in bitcoin because the wire transfer is next to impossible to figure out due to them requiring a "swift bic" code, and the check was saying it could take multiple weeks.

I submitted my payout request about 3 days ago and talked to customer service just to make sure I'm not gonna end up with same issue gain and she told me no, that everything was good to go and to expect my payment within 48 hours.

It's now been 48 hours and I figured I'd check in only to be told they are NOW demanding a picture of my face with me holding my passport that I specifically mentioned I do not physically have

I was told that everything was good to go and when to expect payment and that no more documentation would be needed. They waited for ME to see what's up with payout only to tell me about this new document that they know good and well is not possible.

Nowhere on they're terms and conditions or verification process does it mention that "Bitcoin payments require ANOTHER picture of your face while holding your I.D up.

Awfully convenient if you ask me.

Bitcoin Payout Denied and no longer option

I requested a $900 Bitcoin payout from Slotocash over the weekend. Today I noticed the funds were back in my account but I had not received any reason so I contacted chat. Chat stated Bitcoin payout was denied due to "heavy bitcoin traffic" but stated I could make a new request. I no longer have a Bitcoin payout option within the payout section of the cashier. When I reiterated this to Chat, I was told they aren't doing Bitcoin. I asked for a time frame and they said none was available. I asked for a call back from manager and was told none was available. I explained I only use Bitcoin as my Bank wont take casino checks. Chat indicated no additional help available. I've checked throughout the day and no bitcoin withdrawal option is available. I did copy/paste the chat from this morning and attached it to this complaint. *Please note - I never received any email that chat referenced. Slotocash Stolen Funds Unresponsive

When I first visited ask gambler, I was confused to see slotocash was blacklisted. I have seen them pay out winnings to people so I didn’t understand why until I recently experienced it myself. I am submitting this complaint in hopes to share my story.

Slotocash has been unresponsive for weeks at a time and when they do respond they give a very vague answer without responding or addressing any of my concerns. I am here to request ask gambler as a witness, because they have been dodging my questions.

My withdrawal for 1475.49 $ was denied by Slotocash on 11/24/22. The email I received said that they needed to verify my account because my passport expired.

#1 —— My account was already verified back on 11/24/20, the expired passport they were referring to is the same exact passport they accepted and used to verify my identity and was also valid at the time. I would understand if I attempted to submit an expired passport for verification however this is not the case.

#2—— Terms and conditions: Documents are required for new players, ( we employ a tried and tested security procedure when processing NEW PLAYERS transactions. These procedures are designed to ensure the integrity of all electronic transactions, PURCHASES and WITHDRAWALS made within our system. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

#3 —-I am not a new player and there’s nothing that mentions anything about documents that have to be kept up to date. I would also like to add,

So what kind of BS justification or reasoning or excuse saying they need to verify my identity When your own security

#5 —-So the passport which was valid at the time back in 11/30/20 and Slotocash accepted

And used to verify my account. I have offered to take a selfie with the expired passport +

Along with a piece of paper with today’s date.

The date on paper would confirm that the picture is taken at present time. The selfie

Would show that I am the same person who took a selfie back in 11/2020. And the passport I have current in my possession will match the same passport they accepted. Matching date, matching serial number.

However Slotocash has refused to accept basic logic and the only thing I can assume is there’s a hidden agenda deep down they know I am henry but just don’t want to pay.

#6 —- I logged into slotcash chat support as a guest and asked how often a person has to submit documents in order to withdraw and their own representative said only 1 time.

#7—- last but not least, I went to the DMV and renew my driver's license. Slotocash emailed me and said they were willing to accept my temporary driver's license. Although I was not required to I went ahead and followed their instructions. It has been 15 days, and they no longer respond to my email, my account is also blocked.

I have deposited thousands of dollars into their establishment and for the first time I won

Some money they treat me like this. Slotocash withheld my money for 23 days. I need that money, not because my birthday is in 4 days. I need that money because i have 4 year old.

Slotocash is withholding money not only from me but my kid.

I would like Slotocash to stop ignoring me and respond to all 7 points I have made.

Sloto Cash Casino - Delayed verification delayed payment just excuses all around

I am a new player at Sloto Cash. Decided to give their 31 dollar non deposit bonus a shot and end up winning the maximum allowed to withdraw which is $180. This was on July 5th I initially started this whole process. I submitted all of the documents, the same ones I use at all casinos for verification with zero problem. I’m told it takes 3-5 business days to become verified. So it’s the end of the 5th business day and I get an email stating I need to send in documents again as they couldn’t complete verification. I sent in the same exact documents just to see what would happen. Within an hour of them telling me they couldn’t verify them. They emailed me back. Failed to mention that the 3-5 process starts over, didn’t find out until I live chat customer service a short while after wondering what the hold up is. So I’m told I have to wait for another 3-5 for the relevant team to review my documents again I just waited 5 days to be denied. Mind you I sent the same documents purposely. 5 days go by which is Friday 7/16/21. My account gets verified. I request my withdraw. Message support and ask how long. Another 24-72 business hours for review of withdrawal. Weekends don’t count and the day requested doesn’t count. I’m becoming quite frustrated at this point.

Monday I’m asked to send even further documentation holding my I’d and the bitcoin address. Another email comes in 7/20 saying they can’t verify that picture. Finally, I was emailed shortly after saying they got my second photo attempt and proceeding with the request. I look last night and I didn’t have a pending withdraw anymore, instead, it was in the rejected section. I get told that it was made in error and to request again and they would process it in a timely manner. I’m being told that I have to wait another 24-72 hours because of this casino's error to get my funds. Makes no sense at all to me.

My initial request should have been processed by now but it just so happen to be an error and now I’m still waiting because they messed up. Live support is no help. As all, they say time frame this time frame that. The email support doesn’t get back to you and just stalls time. Wondering if I will even get paid at all at this point. Sloto Cash Casino - From the best to the worst in just two months time

The one casino I could always count on (first mistake) and therefore I have deposited the most money with-is now giving me the run-around over $2000. This casino claims to expedite withdrawals for vip members. This is the first time I haven’t been paid. My withdrawal was usually processed within 3 business days. I was JUST paid in November $2500 (max amount per Bitcoin withdrawal per week) with no issues. I reached out to customer service on a holiday weekend asking about the withdrawal, and was PROMISED that if not done by the end of the day (Friday), it would surely be Monday. Tuesday I reached back out when I saw the request still pending and only then did they start with the crap about my documents. Mind you, I was just paid in November, my documents were fine then...nothing has changed. All of sudden, they claim my document is expired. They are only referring to my divers license which is good until 2025 and previous dl expired in 2019. I have spent sooo much money with this casino. My money is taken immediately. I requested 1-13-21. They denied request and returned the money to my balance after sending the exact document they falsely needed on 1-21-21. Sloto Cash casino used to, or I think it did, used Rival software for games earlier and now it uses Real Time Gaming Software. Off course like most casinos with this software they offer a no deposit bonus for new players which I found somewhere on some affiliate site. They offer download and instant play mode. As I usually do I decided to download their software. After the registration and entering the needed data I clicked on cashier and entered the the bonus code. I got 31 dollars no deposit bonus from the casino.

When I looked at the wager I was a bit disappointed as the wagering requirements were not so small 40x bonus and that maximum cashout was only 100 dollars.
I think that the casino owners are not so naive and don't risk too much, you can only cash in 100 dollars from this bonus but again this is a no deposit bonus so this is understandable. Still I took the bonus and decided to have some fun and try some of the slot games from their offer. Aladdin's Wishes was my first choice. It's one of my favorite RTG games. I played this slot for about 15 minutes and lost 20 dollars. I had a win on almost every spin but almost 90% were smaller than my bet. to my disappointment I didn't get free spins, or a bonus or a decent win, Nothing.

The next game Ocean Oddities got my hope back that i could meet the wager requirements. Here I cashed in 30 euros from the free spins bonus. Not bad but still a long way to go. My hope to meet the wager didn't last long My balance went down and I tried changing the slots to find a game with some decent wins. That didn't help and within an hour I lost all of my money. I'd say that even though I don't have much experience here Sloto Cash deserves another chance. The deposit bonus round isn't so bad so I will be back to make a deposit here.

Sloto’Cash Casino is a sister casino with Desert Nights casino. I played in both of these casinos while they were using Rival software before they went on to RTg software. While they were using Rival software I didn’t play often here but I made a few deposits and had 2-3 cashouts. I was generally pleased with them because I didn’t have any problems with cashouts. Than about 1.5 years ago these casinos moved on to RTG software. That’s when I got an email from Sloto’Cash with an invitation to download their new software and also they had 3 welcome bonuses: 7 dollars no deposit and two deposit bonuses 400% for the first and 200 % for the second. I must say that all deposit bonuses were sticky bonuses. I don’t like sticky bonuses because the casino takes no risk, they just give you money to play but you can’t cash it in. In other words you can only cash in the winnings.

Off course I took their no deposit bonus first. Later on I decided to make a deposit and take their 400% bonus but I didn’t have any luck and soon lost my money. I decided to make a second deposit and take their next welcome to the new casino 200% bonus. This time I was more lucky and I had a 250$ cashout. After that I had two more cashouts in this casino. The withdrawal process is quick for an RTG casino only 3-4 days. I am also very pleased with their lice chat support which I contacted several times.

Overall if you like RTG Games than I recommend this casino because if you have a withdrawal Sloto’Cash will always pay. They have a very big bonus offer and if the bonuses weren’t sticky their bonus offer would really be fantastic. For this casino I give a 7 out of 10.

Hi everyone! Here's another casino that was Rival powered when I first signed up, similarly as with Desert Nights casino. When Sloto' Cash Casino changed over to Real Time Gaming software some years ago, I signed up again as a new player. Just couldn't resist that lovely no-deposit bonus being offered, hehehe. Again, as at Desert Nights Casino too, my new registration was successful, which brought a smile to my face, because I had expected to get an 'account temporarily locked' error message whenever a duplicated account had been encountered. The change-over from Rival to Real Time Gaming probably discarded the old Rival accounts data, which allowed returning players like myself to re-register with a new one, thereby getting a second helping of their no-deposit bonuses. If there are more of such casinos undertaking a software change-over in the future, I certainly would not want to miss them out...not when those delicious free no-deposit bonuses are concerned! ;)

Personally though, I am not very keen at being a loyal depositing member at any RTG casino, no matter how good and reliable the casino can be. Having tried out almost every kind of software available online, I am still very much a Playtech die-hard fan, a fanatic even, because I really dislike scatters and wilds that carry no value, including triggering of feature games that carry no win at all, unlike for Playtech games. I haven’t been connected with Sloto Cash Casino lately and when I logged in to my account again a pop up window appeared and informed me that I have 15 free spins on a 25-payline video slot called Loch Ness Loot. It was really a surprise as honestly I couldn’t recall when or how I got the code or this coupon was redeemed. Of course promptly came to this game and saw the spins were valid for all 25 lines at $0.1 bet per line. The free rounds resulted a $6.5 balance but it seemed too small amount to bother myself of reading what the WR terms was. I expected just a couple of spins on one of my favourite RTG’s Mice Dice. But somehow the opposite happened and I was able to doubled then tripled my initial winnings from free spins. Then I got 4 substitute Dice icons and the following dice rolls really favoured me and gave17 free spins with x8 multipliers. That extra feature game rewarded me a $70+ prize and my bankroll almost hit $100. I found the time has come to check the bonus conditions but the coupon info section was empty and my whole balance amount was indicated as withdrawable money.

Through live chat help it was confirmed and informed me that max. $50 could be requested to cash out with this bonus. I joined Slotocash a good while ago now but too my surprise hadn't used the free 7 bucks they gave me when I first joined think I was having trouble opening it on my old computer or something. I decided to take a different approach with this RTG casino and played the classic 3-reel 1-line slots I ran not bad on them and was up to around $30 I then changed to Goldbeard video slot as I have heard widely this slots high variance when it pays big it really pays! I would like to say that everyone has their own opinion on online casinos. Normally I would make my own risks in going towards a casino I haven't tried yet but in this review I will tell you I had only some bad experiences and not the type of experience I would have in seizing many wins making my pockets more heavier than they are on this casino.

I have come to Sloto Cash casino because I had two chances to go on an adventure with. One chance got me a no deposit free chip for $7 and another was for my deposit of $50 tied with Sloto Cashs' first deposit bonus of 200%. The $7 free chip was just quick work when I played on Red Sands for 2 coins a spin. Now the little bit of winnings returning from my 2 coin bets weren't enough so it gave me little observation of what's to come when I made a deposit. My $50 deposit gave me $100 more in bonuses to try my luck further. In Aztec Treasure winning on $1.20 bets were much harder than hitting winnings on $0.60. As I made a claim on my past reviews that betting big makes it harder to win but my idea was trying to hit bigger wins despite if they were constant or not. Breaking rules can sometimes make a difference. I made constant bets with my $1.20 only to see less and less of my money. Only one free spins of 5 came that won less than $6. The spins that made a complete fool of me are two scattered idols showing up once on the second and last spin giving me nothing for the extra two spins. On Golden Lotus for $1.50 a spin I had some good feedback hitting different scatters along the way. Some were a mix of white and golden lotuses and others weren't enough to trigger the features. I found one Chinese garden feature that became worse than I expected. Always every time I hit the Chinese garden feature there is always free spins to supplement my overall winnings but in this casino it just gave out bet values for 9 times total for my $1.50 equaling to $13.50. An average win on my take. When I had less than $30 left playing on Golden Lotus I moved on to Goblins treasure. In this casino lowering my bets to $1 or even $0.50 did not have any features come into play for me. The vast unlucky streak I had in this casino held me tight against the wall not able to make it far to cashout.

My advice to all you players is but many opinions I have, I would not go back because I was unlucky, the shortage of winnings weren't enough to complete the playthrough and this is your choice if you want to lose your money trying to win something imaginary. If you make money off of Sloto Cash then that means I was just unlucky on my first try. If I was then Sloto cash can get a 6 out of 10!
