I submitted a bitcoin withdrawal request on 1/16. I have initiated live chat conversations with three of the casino representatives who have all verified that my payment would be processed as soon as possible as there have been numerous winners lately and now the casino is backlogged. The rep I spoke to on 1/22 told me to allow an additional 24 hours for my payment to be processed. 24 hours later, it still has not been processed so I initiated another live chat to inquire.
