Me and my wife both play at this casino and they have always paid and I have never had problems. I would suggest getting verified before playing so you can withdraw right away. You can withdraw 2500 a week using bitcoin and wire and 3000 check. So you can withdraw 8000 a week if you use all three. My wife just won a 10k jackpot and I have several times won over 1k. I use bonuses they give but after winning you will loose the use of bonuses which is understandable. I stick with them because they always pay out. I've been playing with sloto cash since oct 2018, and I am pleased with the site and the majority of its games. Every deposit can be accompanied by a generous bonus up to 200%+ and free spins. The maximum withdrawal limit for bitcoin is $2500 per week and it will process around 4 to 6 am EST the third day following your withdrawal request. I've hit several large jackpots and even had a series of withdrawals exceeding $10,000 (I rarely if ever deposit more than $40 at a time, so good ROI).

They are very nitpicky with their bonus rules. And making deposits while you have an existing bonus in your balance if it exceeds $1. You can't bet $10 or more during the play-through. If you are aware of these rules, though, you shouldn't have any payout issues. I inadvertently violated each of these and was given a 1 times pass for each. So READ the bonus rules. Im not sure if these exceptions are always made.

Great promotions. No hassle pay outs! I've cashed out 4 times in the last 2 years for a total amount of $8,000. My first withdrawal request was for $1200. I started with a $50 chip with 35x playthrough requirement. It took less than 10 days for them to approve my required documentation and wire the $1200 into my checking account. My other withdrawal requests have all taken 5 days or less.

They stole my money. The check sent to me was blocked and returned. I did not spend thousands of dollars to win a little and not get my money. $370.14 taken out of my pocket and tried to contact support just to be ignored and ended chats. I've emailed and will be getting a lawyer.

Nothing, honestly I'm totally disappointed by them. I redeemed the no deposit bonus coupon and met the wager criteria that was around 1.8K with the free bonus and won +$180, after verifying my account I requested the payout and after some days they declined the payment and told me you are in a country that the no deposit bonus it's not allowed. And the thing is that I have spoken to support numerous of times and even asking them about the wager and the bonus and they never EVER told me your country doesn't qualify for this promo I wasn't using vpn or proxy either.
So why not say that upfront, you redeemed a coupon that you won't be able to withdraw even if you win, like other sites do.

They made me verify my account in order to request payout, so I sent documents and got verified, and when It came to payout they declined with the reason "Players from the following countries do not qualify for the free no deposit bonus" Now my question is they didn't know that when I sent the documents right?

Used to be good with good bonuses and promotions. I have been playing here regularly for over a year now. I have had a few cash outs but now they have stripped all bonuses and promos away and are sending me fake promos I don’t qualify for apparently according to them.

Less than a month ago all of my promotions and coupons were stripped from my account. This is the second time in less than 30 days they have done this. Beware they don’t care at all about their returning and regular customers!!!!

So, after they confirmed on the phone my correct bitcoin address, the support agent over live chat then said she sent the Bitcoin to a different address of mine, which was an inconsistent amount, as it totaled to $1,050 and my request was $1,000. We all know casinos never send over the amount especially by this much.

I have had an account at Slotocash casino for a number of months now. At first this casino gives you a large bonus for joining and you get different offers for a few days. I won twice amounting to about $940.00 they sent me a check in US dollars from a Canadian bank. This was done in a matter of days. No problem. After that I continued to return and play. I contacted support in chat and they gave me some free spins. Still no more wins. also

I like this one, the UI is really... outdated, looks in a word, bad, but the game experience is awesome, i liked it so much, in fact i won more than 100 usd with non deposit bonus, but i didn't care and lost it all playing more haha. i will deposit asap, after trying another casino that i have on mind, they have so good bonuses, just please update UI, and make a software for OSX MACOS users, i'm one, and can play only in the website.
