Sloto Cash Casino - From the best to the worst in just two months time

The one casino I could always count on (first mistake) and therefore I have deposited the most money with-is now giving me the run-around over $2000. This casino claims to expedite withdrawals for vip members. This is the first time I haven’t been paid. My withdrawal was usually processed within 3 business days. I was JUST paid in November $2500 (max amount per Bitcoin withdrawal per week) with no issues. I reached out to customer service on a holiday weekend asking about the withdrawal, and was PROMISED that if not done by the end of the day (Friday), it would surely be Monday. Tuesday I reached back out when I saw the request still pending and only then did they start with the crap about my documents. Mind you, I was just paid in November, my documents were fine then...nothing has changed. All of sudden, they claim my document is expired. They are only referring to my divers license which is good until 2025 and previous dl expired in 2019. I have spent sooo much money with this casino. My money is taken immediately. I requested 1-13-21. They denied request and returned the money to my balance after sending the exact document they falsely needed on 1-21-21. I then sent them the document they falsely needed as requested once again on 1-21-21 and still haven’t been paid. It’s truly sad, because this was the one casino I never had issues with payments before.
