EXTREMELY long verification process, It's taken more than a week now and have just been told that I would have to wait atleast another week just to receive an update on the account verification which is just horrible support!

I’ve been playing w Slotastic for a few years now & have been lucky enough to make some decent withdrawals. I made a recent $2000 withdrawal request & made the mistake of redeeming a free spin bonus. I had no idea that this wasn’t allowed until my pending withdrawal request was processed but received an email from Financial Services that they were going to make a 1 time exception & pay me my withdrawal request of $2000. Very good payment processing speed, variety of slot games, BUT it takes 7 day wait on payouts. Could been less time. Must wait 7 days since your last payout, and cannot deposit until then.
