Casino claims it is efficient in providing fast and effective services, but this is a lie.Casino indicates a withdrawal takes 48 working hours which is a lie.

I did a withdrawal of $178 on Friday which was declined cause they said my btc isn't mine lol, then I provided my BTC address with proof on Monday and did another withdrawal on Monday and today is Thursday and I was told I will only receive this withdrawal the 27th of February.

Now that is a contradiction to the time frames Slotastic mentions in completing withdrawals.

I have two cashout requests pending, both for $2,500. $5,000 total. This casino will not honor its own terms and pay me what I won fair and square. My account is fully verified and has been for years. The money that I won came from my own cash deposit. There is no bonus involved whatsoever.

Their terms indicate that they process bitcoin withdrawal requests within two days -- it has now been four and they are pulling out all the stops to stall. Requiring that I resubmit my identity documents even though I am already verified and they acknowledged that before I even submitted the cash out request. Disconnecting my requests for chat support before providing an update.

They are now claiming that they do not process withdrawals on any day that is a public holiday IN ANY OF THE JURISDICTIONS WHERE THEY OPERATE.

I have submitted my info multiple times and each time they have given an excuse as to why they are refusing my request which I have then corrected for them to give the same excuse or another excuse. This has been an ongoing issue for 2 weeks now. I want to be paid what I rightfully won. I won it meeting all their requirements.

I've been back and forthing for more than 2 weeks now. I'm trying to get my documents verified but they keep saying that my ID card is not legible. It is very much legible. I've been playing at Slotastic for quite some time. Never had a problem and have been very happy. Usually I use Bitcoin but because of the fees haven't been able to lately. They even removed Bitcoin Withdraws. I checked and they have Lite Coin and Bitcoin Cash as deposit options now which have much lower fees. I thought this was great and decided to test it out with Lite Coin. I sent the transaction to the correct address and it was confirmed in 8 mins. It was never credited to my account. I used the chat to talk with support 3x and they simply say they haven't received the money, they need to send an email to a different department and it will take 24-48 hours, then after the 48 hours they said again they need to send an email and it will be another 24-48 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Obviously I can see the transaction and they certainly DID receive the Lite Coin, I provided proof of the address they gave me and the transaction hash showing the transaction to the CS. I double checked the address to make sure it was correct. Slotastic is having issues with processing crypto payments and you guys should avoid using this. Hopefully one day I'll get my deposit. Pretty disappointed.

Slotastic being my 2nd and biggest win were a little sluggish at first but fantastic communication all the way through 9/10.

No withdrawal back to credit card in which was used to deposit with.

I like the video poker and the playing time you get out of them. But like most rtg casinos bonus are usually to high of a wager to redeem for the amount of money majority of deposit. I usually deposit $25- $50 on most casinos and I don't redeem bonus unless it consist of low wager rollover. The slots here were horrible for me. I deposited $40 and worked my way up on poker before I decided to try slots I was at $80 and played a few slots before money ran out. I was betting 2-3x's a line and every slot was dead. Although I will be back based on my video poker play and the good standing they have here on ASKgamblers.com

I'm giving 5 stars because I like both videopoker and slots. The slots took eighty bucks in ten minutes. Betting 40-75 cents a roll. One game a rolled 37 times without a win higher than my bet. I'm gonna redeem my free bonus for depositing and see how that goes. But my next review will be based on deposit play. Good luck all and don't be afraid to try this casino.

My first experience with Slotastic was pretty decent. Good fair game play, decent payout, and my withdrawal experience was above average. I would play more at this casino but....

For some reason the Pay-To-Credit Card withdrawal is no longer an option for me. That's a deal breaker. Not sure if I will continue to deposit with them based on that.

I joined Slotastic Casino a few months ago when I took some no deposit bonus. While I was searching for any no deposit bonus I found this casino offering 5$ no deposit. The wagering was set to x60 times bonus amount while max cash out to 180$. I think 180$ max cash out is good, if you win any free money is better than nothing.

Slotastic Casino offer many different games from Real Time Gaming software provider. After I created account here and when the bonus was credited I was ready to play. I had no many choices which game to play because I had only 5$ on my balance. I decided to play Achilles slot because there I had some really good results before, during free games. I played a few spins on minimum bet, but I did not raise my balance at all. So after some spins I lost the bonus money and this was my experience at Slotastic casino.

Otherwise they offer some good promotions. You can get up to 150% match deposit bonus for first deposit and for second 100% match deposit. I think this bonuses are good, the min deposit to claim this bonuses is set to 20$, while wagering is set to x30 bonus.
I think x30 is set ok, with some luck on RTG games you can easily clear the wagering. Otherwise I think this casino is ok, but I do not think I will play here with my own money. I have seen better RTG casinos than this one with better promotions for first deposit.

I will rate Slotastic Casino with 6 out of 10 possible stars here, at Askgamblers. I had some nice time while I was playing with no deposit bonus, even if my gameplay session ended pretty quickly. The bonus could be a little bit higher.
