Prism Casino - Denied fair winnings and deposit

I redeemed a no deposit bonus. On my end it said that the playthrough was complete and I could withdraw. I went to the casino’s customer service to verify if my playthrough was complete, that my winnings were valid and that I am able to withdraw. They said I just needed to make a $10 deposit in order to verify my account to withdraw. Before doing so, I asked support that if there was anything wrong with my winnings I get my deposit back. They said as long as I don’t play with them yes. I then made my deposit to withdraw my winnings and now it keeps getting rejected. Only now after I make my deposit that customer service sees that my playthrough isn’t complete. I would have never made the deposit unless on two separate occasions I was told that my playthrough was complete and also that I would get a refund if there were any issues. I understand the inaccurate play through is a technical issue and I still need to play more for my winnings to be valid. But now they are also telling me that they won’t give back my refund. I am so angry because I was lied two twice. First for saying my playthrough was complete and I can withdraw after the deposit and second that I will get my refund back if any issues. I have saved all the transcripts from customer service to show that they tell me everything is ok, I just need to make a deposit and will get refunded if any issues, then they told me they found errors and won’t give my refund only AFTER I MADE MY DEPOSIT. If this isn’t a scam that I don’t know what is. I don’t care about the playthrough and don’t care about my winnings. I just want my deposit back. I was told I would get it back if there were issues and now you guys are holding onto it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO

Prism Casino - Delaying payment 800 USD although being verified

I made a deposit using my debit card and did not use a bonus with my deposit. On November 28, 2023, I requested to withdraw my $700 in winnings. My ID was already verified, however, I had to verify my debit card before I could complete the request. I immediately submitted my card information for verification. The verification was processed the same day. My account was fully verified and I requested the withdrawal to be paid to my Bitcoin account.

Due to past experiences with withdrawal requests, I decided I should check in after a few days just to confirm they had all of my required documents. On December 2, 2023, I messaged their chat line and was told by a representative that my debit card wasn't verified, and I needed to email a copy of my debit card, and I would receive a confirmation/case number in a couple of hours after sending the email. Even though my account was showing approved and verified, I submitted my card information via email as requested.

I never received a response with a confirmation number. Therefore, on December 6, 2023, I checked in again with a chat representative. This time I was told to submit all my banking information, in case they couldn’t pay me using Bitcoin. So on December 6th, I submitted all my banking information as requested. Once again, never received any confirmation or response.

Two days later, which is today, I again contacted a chat representative. This time I was asked to confirm my Bitcoin address, which I did. After giving my Bitcoin address, I was told it would be sent to the payments department so they could process my request. I explained to her they already had my Bitcoin information, I sent it with my original withdrawal request. The information was required at the time I requested the withdrawal because that was the method I wanted to receive my payment.

I feel like they keep requesting the same thing from me even though it has been sent to them and my account is fully verified and approved.

Prism Casino - Casino changing Deposit Bonus Terms

On June 24, I deposited using a Match Bonus Code which included free spins. I played the required playthrough amount, above and beyond. I hit a jackpot and only cashed out a percentage of my winnings. I ended up playing the remainder. I immediately contacted customer support to make sure how to submit my withdrawal request and even chatted with them again after submitting it. I had spent some time reading their Terms & Conditions before I even deposited, so I would not be in violation of anything. I was always polite with them and waited patiently for my withdrawal to be approved. Finally, on August 4, it was approved. Now here's the nitty gritty:

I submitted a withdrawal request for $2500, they immediately took out the bonus amount of $82.50, leaving me a total of $2,417.50. Everyone agreed upon this. In August, when my withdrawal was finally approved, they split the amount up $330 (what they actually paid me) and $2170. And now that I'm doing the math, that doesn't make sense. What happened to the $82.50 that was already taken out for the bonus? Hmmm. Well I just thought since that was a larger amount that it would take longer to process. Fast forward a couple more days, I contacted them asking why the amount hadn't gone through and they told me that the bonus code that I used had a cashout limit. Now I cannot find on the deposit confirmation where it had the bonus terms, but I looked up the code that I apparently used and it says no limit cash out. Which is my understanding, that there was no cash out limit, I could withdraw whatever was on that code. I already spoke to customer service regarding that and now they're saying that that $2,100 isn't mine and they took it. Am I wrong?? They also had put money into my casino account, I believe, in hopes that I would play it and then I would forfeit my winnings by using.

I decided to play this casino using money that was given to me o.k. their players reward card. You can only play it on casinos in their network so I chose this one. Had $100 with 25× wagering and 2× cashout. I played on goldbeard one of my favorite slots. I made playthrough and requested withdrawal. Their live chat was quick at responding with what I needed to send and I have now sent those documents today and am requesting to withdraw to bitcoin. Now I will wait to see if this takes as long as people claim. How this goes will influence my decision to deposit here. I love rtg games but usually play at instant withdraw bitcoin casinos to avoid jumping through hoops.

I have nothing bad to say at this moment. I enjoyed playing here and will update my rating and review based on my withdrawal experience. Hopefully this will become one of my new favorites.

Absolutely Nothing... A nightmare from beginning to end.

Geez... where do I start with Prism Casino.. I made a $30 dollar deposit, won it up to 700 and withdrew 650... they said there would be delays and their behind on their withdrawals so I could expect to get my money by check in 2 MONTHS!!! I wait I wait I wait, 2 months roll around and I TRY to contact their online live chat which is about damn near impossible to do... It took me almost 5 solid days of trying to reach them at different times throughout the day and night to get a hold of someone. Don't even bother trying to call them...They told me they never received my documents necessary for withdrawal!! I sent them 5 times!

Mad, but with no choice I send the documents again. They keep saying they're not getting it. So finally I have to call their number about 20 times a day for 3 days to get some British sounding guy to answer he told me they didnt receive any documents!!!!! I was beyond furious and told him dude! Look up my damn email account and find the 13 emails I sent with my documents.. during that very call he says ok I found them. It's going to be expedited and should be sent out in the next 15 business days.. I wait and wait, try to contact their almost non existent customer service... which is by now just a little bit easier to get into contact with.

At this point 3 months into my withdrawal request. I talk to their online chat and he tells me that they do not send checks to the state I live in!!!!!!! After all of that time!!! They couldn't send checks to my state and they knew it!!! They said you can do a wire transfer and I filled out all of the info and submitted it (this time they said it was going to be expedited again and to check back next Wednesday or Friday when they process payments. I waited til the next week... Takes a while to get a hold of live chat and when I do, they say they cannot send to credit unions!!!! WTF.THEN, this terribly managed site and their rep. tell me that I can request a check!! I EXPLODED! They weren't keeping any notes on me about my ordeal. I called them, which this time took more than a 2 days and I had to reach them at some real obscure timing window. Seemed like their is a bout a 3 hr window to call them.I finally got a hold of a manager who said the only thing they could do was a bitcoin withdrawal... At that time Bitcoin was new to me and I had to go through a lot of verification to get that account open. The manager told me to ask for her personally and she told me the days she worked and hours so their was some relief in that... I finally got my money after about 5 months... the headache and time I spent trying to get my money was nowhere near worth it. They really couldn't run that online casino anymore poorly than they are right now.

I won a jackpot and was told that it was not valid and they took back my winnings. I played again added funds using my players reward card and again they took my winnings claiming that it was won using a double promotion. They did not even refund my deposit or what was in my account prior. Twice they have took my money and my winnings so I'm done playing through this casino.

Games, that is about all I have to say that is good at this point.

That they don't reply to my emails, they don't answer the phone nor was I able to reach them on chat. I can already see how my withdrawal is going to go, nowhere!!! I see why they were blacklisted and why all the negative reviews, don't let them fool you, nothing has gotten any better there and they should still be blacklisted. Hi! I played Prism with the bonus money! I played enough to repay the part owed to Prism and won $100. It took approximately 40 days, but they did pay. They Paid! less a wiring fee,(unmentioned) and not without request for me to play more before I received my winnings. I think this would be normal because it is a casino and they want you to play - so why not play with the winnings. I was just determine to complete one transaction before beginning any others. They did pay less 20% of winning. So that is good - it is just that - that was not mentioned and it felt like a "cheat" of the 20%. so they could improve communication so the customer is aware. Otherwise - THEY PAY!

Cheating, blackjack game was literately taken over by casino after asking about withdrawal of my balance, casino placed bets for me and busted me in a blackjack game.

Weirdest thing I have seen in my long online casino history.... Customer. Rep clearly knew about it because he didn't even checked it out and left the chat.....

This is a casino that steals your real money if you happen to win more than they would like.

I wanted to share with you my experience Prism casino. I am a member of Prism casino for more than a year. I registered there, when I was searching new RTG casino. And at that time they offered a good sign up bonus, but I don't remember anymore. It is one of my least favourite casinos, because the few times I did play there and won good money, I had many problems with the withdrawal.

The last time I visited this casino was one month ago. I thought that maybe something has changed and decided to give them minimum deposit, which by the way, is 10 euros and try to win at black jack. I feel very comfy at that game and usually win good money, so why not? I deposit and started to play. I placed 1 euro bets and lost 6 timesin a row. I thought oh well maybe this just isn't my casino after all, but still didn't give up. And I put my last bet there and bet all my money- euros and fortunately I finally got lucky and won with black jack combination. I placed 2 more 6 eur bets and won too, so I had like 25 euros in my account. I don't know why but I have a bad feeling about this casino. I wanted to withdraw this money because I knew if I continue, I will lose.

To withdraw, you have to send copy of your identity card. I had withdrawn from them before, but they asked me to send my identity paper again. I did it, but nothing happened, no one answered me. A week later I still hadn't got my winnings, so I contacted their support. They said that they didn't receive anything from me. I was really angry, sent my identity copy again and an unhappy email about their services. Two days later I got my money. From my experience, this casino brings me headaches and after this I will not go back.

Before I create my review on Prism Casino I would just like to say casinoian I never thought of it that way, make chargebacks to get back at them, don't know if that would work though. Anyways, my review for Prism casino ended with more questions due for some answers. I was left with no cash after I spend some serious time with Prism casino's 300% match bonus. How fortunate that they would not include Blackjack into this bonus, only just the three games slots, keno and scratchcards. All this reminds me of the days back where I was playing on Club Gold, before I had the impression that they were the "real deal". The questions I was left with were,"Can you win on this Real Time Gaming casino?", "Has anyone ever made a cashout?" and "Was I as a new player a fool to try a casino that hid it's bad reputation?". The answer for the final question is a no because a new brand player or new player in general cannot expecting anything except for winnings and losses....as simple as that.

For the support system they have....well.....to easily discuss how they are they treat players as if they were the warden of a prison while we players are the victims behind iron bars or better yet mixing vinegar with sodium bicarbonate they can badly react to players. What happened to my old Prism account after I played through my cash of $42 with my $126 bonus they closed my account. I asked them why it's locked, I have yet heard back from them...in the longest time and still counting. The uncomfortable silence has driven me to walk away, shaking my head.

I must ask all of you this question, "Would you come back to a once blacklisted casino knowing they are "now" being made reputable or would you stake your deposit to a safer more trusted casino some place else?".
