Withdrawal delay of deposit bonus offer

Play Hippo has a 100% deposit bonus up to £150 for first deposits. I opted to go for £50, played through all the wagering and ended up with £50.16. I deposited and played with this bonus on 31/05/2018. Then i withdrew it to skrill ( this is what i deposited with) as i thought it would be nice and quick, on 1/06/2018 I read in their terms that you have to wait 24 hours after deposits are made to make withdrawals, which is fair enough, but it is now the 4/06/2018 and i still haven't received the money and no replies to email. Is verification needed ? Is there any other issues ? At the moment i dont know as there is no response. In my experience skrill is very fast. Please can Play Hippo communicate any issues and proceed to process my withdrawal to skrill ? Charles

Withdrawal issues

Have big issues withdrawing from Play Hippo! - used my visa card to the first deposit on playhippo, that was OK. - When withdrawing for the first time, they reversed the withdrawal without telling any reason. Tried to withdraw the second time, and reversed without any reason. Asked the reason, and after a lot back and forth they told me the they have some issues withdrawing via bank transfer to my country (Norway). After a lot of emails i asked for solution, and they told me to deposit through Skrill or Neteller. After trying to deposit with Skrill and neteller, neither allows me to deposit to playhippo because of gambling restrictions. I have been asking for a new solution of how to withdraw without any luck. They do not answer on my emails anymore! What to do?? I have appr 600€ of winnings.

Free spins winnings gone due to some glitch, no one is wiling to help

I have small problem with Playhippo casino. I have made deposit on 2016 05 21 with offer of free spins on Mega fortune game. I have got them and won over 11 eur but on the last spin a game got error without any reason and after that my winnings gone. I wrote to support but they answered to delete my internet cache. I did it but nothing has changed.

Does not stick to its own terms!

31/05 I was browsing, stumbled on Playhippo and looked at the bonus terms (see attachment). In particular, term 4 states "Certain games contribute differently to the wagering requirement. Check out the full list of included games.". I clicked through and saw that some of my favourite slots including Scrooge for example were 100% (see attachment). 31/05 Based on the info I joined and deposited £40 and got a £40 bonus leaving a locked £80. Loaded up the game and pressed spin and said "insufficient funds" even though the funds were there at £80. Tried a couple of other favourite slots, same thing. 01/06 Fired off a message on the web facility about it and got a reply saying that some games are not allowed to be played with bonus funds. I replied saying that that is untrue based on the terms I signed up and deposited with. I asked for my deposit to be sent back as when I try "forfeit" on their website it says it will forfeit the whole £80. (At this stage I haven't even spun once so that's shady on top but that's for another day) 02/16 No replies received to initial email or follow up. I contacted the UK Gambling Commission who said that indeed it seems I was made to sign up with untrue terms and any contract under such terms in null and void and I should get my deposit back. They suggested a firmer "second stage of dispute" email with a deadline before legal action so I sent it. 03/06 No reply whatsoever to the second stage dispute email. The UKGC say they will accept an official complaint if Playhippo do not act by Monday. They have advised to open a case at IBAS as well as legal action using the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Union. Currently, I intend to do all that but I hope Playhippo see some sense. I know wishful thinking. The amount is fairly small but the gotch a terms and just shoddy customer service have left me angry beyond belief. So I will be fighting this to the end. And to anyone reading this, DO NOT USE THESE SHYSTERS. Thanks very much for reading.

Unjustified confiscation of winnings and deposits

I joined playhippo about 3 months ago. After playing for a while I decided to take a 4 weeks cooling off period. After this period ended I received an e-mail from them advising that my cooling off period was over and that I am able to log in again and play. So I did and after 2 deposits I won £1700. I decided to withdraw this amount from my account however 2 days later I received an e-mail from everymatrix telling me that I am self excluded from one of their sister sites and that my winnings and all deposits are void and they have closed my account with playhippo. I have been trying to get a reply from playhippo with no luck explaining that I received an e-mail from them advising that my cooling off period was over and that I am allowed to play again. I am not sure what else to do

Missing 400 free spins they promised from December

- I deposit £300 on the 18th of December in order to receive 500 free spins on the Sparks game, after receiving a personal email offer. - Only 100 games were awarded leaving a balance of 400 spins to be awarded. - I emailed support and received a reply from "Adam" at Playhippo that they would be added within 24 hours. They were not added in this time frame or subsequently. - I then emailed chasing these up again on 19th, 21st and 22nd of December, the 4th Jan and the 5th of Jan with no response whatsoever. Acknowldged self-xclusion from sister site, but refused refund

But the next day I received an email saying I had self excluded from another site they were affiliated with: You have recently attempted to register a gaming account on PlayHippo.com. Our system has detected that you have previously opted to self-exclude on a website managed and operated by EveryMatrix. Your self-exclusion on CasinoLuck.com is still active and will end on 19/04/2019. As self-exclusion implies possible gambling issues, for your protection and in accordance with our general duty of care, we are obliged to exclude your newly registered account for the period remaining on your initial self-exclusion. Allowed me to deposit and play over 2 days then blocked account because of self-exclusion from sister site.

I opened an account with this casino on 12/08/15 and deposited and played through £500 over the next couple of days. I tried to log on on 14/08/15 only to find my account blocked and when I queried it with support I was told I was self excluded from a sister site until January 2016. I checked and found that this was for Jetbull - I'd been having problems with the amounts I was spending so self excluded for a year. I then left a message with PlayHippo on 19/08/15 asking how I was able to open an account and deposit and play through £500 before my account was blocked and stating that it seems very unfair that I have played with money that I was never going to win anything with or have the chance to recoup and I would like an explanation of how this has been allowed to happen under the responsible gaming policy as in the past I have found with other casinos who operate sister sites if I sign up, I am then unable to deposit because my card won't be accepted. Nobody came back to me so I forwarded on 20/08/15. I then got a response from customer service merely stating again that my account was excluded until January 2016. I responded saying "I did NOT exclude from Playhippo. I opened the account, deposited and played over a couple of days then when I went to log in to play more I was told to contact customer support. When I did this I was informed that because I was self excluded from one of the sister sites I had now been excluded from playhippo. As I explained I am now aware that I am self excluded from 3 sister sites due to problem gambling and should therefore never have been able to open an account in the first place, let alone be allowed to deposit funds. Effectively, I have been allowed to spend £500 that you would never have payed out on. I would appreciate if you could escalate this for a manager to have a look at and I am also going to send an email to the regulating body because in terms of responsible gaming, this seems grossly unfair. I then got a response back from another agent apologizing for his colleague and saying my complaint had been forwarded to his manager and he would be in touch. I waited four working days (as stated on their website) and heard nothing so followed up with an email on 25/08/15 asking if they were any further forward with an answer to my query. Well,,, this is not nice.. I took a 100% welcome bonus on P-Hippo..and deposited 100 sek ( 10 €) and recived 100% bonus After a while i had 1037 Sek..( 100 €) I asked the livechatt if i can forfeit the bonus and in that case, what would happen. The support said: You will loose your deposit + your bonus. I asked several times if she meant the 100 kr + 100 kr bonus i recived and she repeted her self over again: yes you are right. So,, after asking 4-5 times if i only loose 200 sek and will have 800 sek left on my account that has no wager she ansered YES. She never said that EVERYTHING would dissapear. Play hippo allowed me to open an account even though I self exclude I opened a new account and was able to deposit to it straight away I set a deposit limit of 10 pounds but with in mins I was allowed to up the limit on the same day I was allowed to change the limit 3 times no waiting time and able to deposits again straight away even though my limit was 10 pounds per week in all I spent 60 pounds in this site after setting a deposit limit of 10 pounds I emailed them asking to close the account straight away explained I was self excluded and was allowed to deposit 50 pounds over my limit when my limit was 10 pounds per week was told I could have a refund as that against responsible gambling on there site was given email address for the company that own them and told they would sort this have email a number of times but no reply, have email play hippo but they just say thy can't help it need to be the company that owns them I just need help sorting this also this needs to be sorted for any 1 else that plays on their site please help

PlayHippo is a part of the Mg, Netent and Betsoft portals and has a very big selection of games on their casino. It was good that they did not have the download version of the casino and I played at the instant mode of the casino. I registered and was eligible for a welcome bonus package but I did not want that because whenever I accept the bonus I try real hard for the wager and then end up losing my money also so I played with my money only. Sent 40$ from my E wallet and was ready to play.

I started with the Starburst slot which is a very famous Netent slot. I really like the visuals of this game as it is very different from a regular slot game. He first hit I got was the yellow diamond thing with 7's and this one got me 0.20$. I was betting just a little more than the lowest bet. After this got the bar thing with diamonds and 7 and this one got me 0.40$. When I tried to open South Park slot it showed some error and DNS thing came on my screen and had to refresh a lot of times and then it worked. It does not mean that their software is slow I just had this problem once and that too with this game only. Here hit the J and A with the blue capped guy or kid. This one got me 0.20$. I had to take a lot of no win spins here and that cost me some money but then I hit the 4 A's with a j and this one got me 2.40$. I had my biggest wins from this game only. I played Gonzo's Quest after this and this one was just fine and not a lot of action here. My best were Jack and the Beanstalk and South Park slots.

I withdrew 88$ form this casino and got the money in around 3 days. I do not mind a little delay in cash out.

Play Hippo is a casino based on Netent software, which provides almost all of my favorite slot and table games, so I was very interested in trying them out. Plus they have a great rate on AskGamblers forum, so I was pretty sure this casino is trustful. I signed up and made a 30€ deposit, and since they have active only welcome bonus promotion, I decided to try my luck with my own money.

I started to play Creature from the Blue Lagoon. Oh gee, this game is so great and the intro too! I liked the look of it so much, that I placed 0.40€ bets per spin and got so attached to it that I didn't want to quit it even though I was losing all the time. When I got 18€ left, my intuition told me to stop, so I went to Dead or Alive slot. I placed 0.45€ bets per spin but all I got from it was wins like 0.12€ or less. So I felt a bit frustrated and decided to visit this casino again next day with fresh vision.

The next day I went straight to the Wishmaster. I played it for over than 30 minutes and the 0. 40€ bets per spin helped me to boost my balance with a few wins like 2.40€, (when I got the wild feature) up to 20€. And then I made my mistake. I went to casino holdem, which usually brings me good money, placed 1€ starting bets and lost all my balance within 10 minutes.

I had a nice time at Play Hippo casino, and it has many reasons for me to come back there- good instant play without technical problems or long loading, very nice casino page, and of course- eyecandy games. I would like to see from them more promotions, free spins or interesting deposit bonuses, so playing there would be more exciting.

PlayHippo was opened somewhere in 2013 year I believe, at least first time I heard about this casino somewhere at winter of 2013, or probably it was 2014 already, who know, I am just sick with my memory most times. And since this casino open their doors I already saw some really bad reviews of players about this casino, and looks like it is not very safe place, even here at AskGamblers we can see 3 unresolved complaints, and of course I will lower rating of PlayHippo for this, even taking note that my experience is good here.

I played at this casino probably only 2-3 times, and I am think it is not needed to describe why it is not my favorite online casino, also I did not like casino bonus policy, this guys did not send to my email any offers like deposit bonuses, probably some freespins, just nothing. I never unsubscribed from their newsletters, but for some reason I did not get any emails from this casino. Of course I can try writing to support this question, but why I should do this? I have only one payout request from this casino, that was come from my second deposit in this casino, it was really awesome and lucky session, I have some great wins in Net entertainment games, and also I have nice x 400 total bet win in Jack and Beanstalk, I get few expanding wilds one after one in freespins feature, and therefore achieve so nice result. Also I tried Dead or Alive, and almost hit 5 scatters, I get 4 of it on 1 2 3 4 reels, but no 5 reel gun. This was really sick. Money was paid within 2 days, and verification takes 1 day.

I rate this casino with 6 stars, my experience was good, but come on, 3 unresolved complaints it is bad, do something with this.

Hi AskGamblers, my next review will be on Play Hippo Casino. This Casino is powered by Netent slots, which are my number one, favorite slots and they have also Microgaming and Betsoft games. I did become theirs depositor few months ago. What I remember from then, that I took the 100% welcome bonus and the 20 free spins I think it was on the Starburst slot.

When I played there I remember that I waste my bonus very fast and that I played Fruit shop slot. Also from the free spins I didn’t do anything, because I won only 2.50 euros. So my impression from the first time was pretty bad, or maybe I had no luck that day. I like this casino, because they have great promotions with the free spins, but, what I don’t like is that, when they have promotions for free spins the minimum deposit is 30 euros and by my opinion is high.

Few weeks ago I decided to try my luck again, here and I deposited again. I took the 100% match, they were having another promo, but the wagering is pretty high. So I tried to play and started with Gonzo Quest, which is number 1 slot, favorite of mine. I deposited 20 euros, so I was playing with 40 Euros’ place my bet at 0.40 euros, but my balance went down very fast, so maybe I was playing for 10 minutes when I reached 3 euros on my account. So whenever I play Netent slots and have low balance I always try to play Starburst, because even if you have few euros on the account this game, can surprise you.

But not this time. From all the 15 spins I had I was getting empty spins or very low winnings. So I finished my playing there. At this casino I have deposited only 3 times, but all the 3 times I had very bad play time there, I was not winning anything. I like this casino, but from all the complaints I saw here, hmm it makes me think, should I try my luck again or not!!!

This casino is good because it has a lot of features and advantages that I will explain now! I started to play at this casino few months ago when I created my account and I made a deposit of 10 euro to receive the 100% welcome bonus up to 150 euro! I was impressed first time when I made my deposit via Skrill and I saw that they have a lot of payment methods available like Skrill, Neteller, credit cards, paysafecard, Ukash, Moneta, Entropy and many many others! Another thing that impressed me is the jackpot games that they have a lot of games with jackpot like Mega Fortune, Hall of Gods, Mega Moolah, etc.!

With 20 euro in my account balance and only 35 times wagering requirements I decided to play some NetEnt games and I started with the South Park slot! I played about 10 minutes this game and I managed to boost my account balance to 41 euro and decided to change the game and to play Jack Hammer! I managed to catch the free spins after only 4 or 5 spins and I won 17 euro from this nice feature! I played about 1 hour NetEnt games and I saw that I completed the wagering requirements and my account balance was showing 33 euro! But instead of withdrawing the money I decided to play Immortal Romance slot! I couldn’t catch the free spins but the Wild Desire feature came and disappointed me because gave me only 3.2 euro!
