ParadiseWin Casino - Mysterious claim I have exceeded maximum bet and unfair balance reducing

I got email offer 200% deposit bonus from Paradise Win. I deposit 20€ , got 40€ bonus, total 60€. Wagering requirement was x35, so total sum to wager was 2100€. I got few big wins, especially from Gonzo Quest, about 600€ and 200€ betting 1,20€ per round. When wagering of bonus was completed my balance was 855€ which was reduced to 200€ because winning are limited to 10 times deposit amount. I was aware of that, so it was not problem to ”give 655€ back to the casino.” I continued playing with 200€ in my real money balance, hit pretty soon over 200€ win from Voodoo. I played until I had 300€ in my real money balance and made withdraw request 300€. I sent normal kyc-documents and everything seemed right. Then I got following email: Dear ***, Thank you for playing at ParadiseWin! We are sorry to inform you that you have breached the terms and conditions of bonus you recently claimed. Unfortunately, you have exceeded maximum bet per round of 5 EUR allowed for this bonus. More information regarding terms of this offer can be found on the page of respective promotion: https://paradisewin.com/en/promotions/general_bonus_terms Please be informed that according to ParadiseWin General Bonus Terms your withdrawal request has been rejected and your winnings have been cancelled. With best regards, ParadiseWin Casino Payments Department I was shoked, because I was cautious while playing bonus money my max bet was 1,5€ or 1,6€. I asked about this from live chat, they adviced me to contact with email. This is what I wrote: Hi, I strongly disagree that I have exceeded maxium bet 5 EUR. I didnt place any bets more than 2€. Only a few days ago I saw that ParadiseWin casino was giving 20 free spins on Starburst. I love Starburst and I love free bonuses, so I wanted to claim it. The fact that this casino has Netent and Playtech, GamesOS/CTXM software's excited me too.

I went to their page and tried to sign up, but it showed that I already have an account with them. I was really surprised, but then I entered the nickname I always use and my email, and got a new password sent to it. And then I remembered, I think I signed up there a month ago, didn't verify my email and didn't make a deposit. Then I verified everything and went to Starburst. Unfortunately I didn't got the spins, I think it's because I had signed up there some time ago.

I decided to contact the live support to ask, maybe they could give me the spins anyway, since I was a new member in a way (not made a deposit, not verified email til then). I wrote them an email, regarding the matter. Unfortunately they don't have a live chat and their working hours are very limited.

The next day morning I got my email answered. They said that unfortunately players from my country cannot be registered there because of legal reasons. I was a bit shocked because I just don't understand those casinos that let you register and enter your country. But when it is time to claim some bonus or make a deposit - you get to know that you cannot do that. Just a waste of time. While I was waiting for response, I checked their games. It's unfortunate that I cannot play there, because the variety of games looked really nice and the casino page looked great too.

For me it is a big minus that the live chat has so minimal working hours. If I had a bigger problem than just a bonus question, I would be frustrated. I think that a good casino needs live chat if not for 24/7 than at least from 9a.m. to 24.00.
