Paradise Casino - Withheld my 3000 euros and closed my account for no reason

Hello,

Paradisecasino sent me an email where was campaign called "two bonuses in a row!". First 90% and then 100% bonus.

I deposited 150 euros and won 4350 euros from 100% bonus after the 25x wagering. Now Paradisecasino.com is withholding my rest 3000 euros. They have paid 1350euros (which was my own withdrawal). After that they decided to close my account for no reason.


Here is the story:


After my big win (from Big Bamboo) I decided to withdraw 1350 euros. I thought that I might like to continue playing later good 3000 euros balance and then withdraw the rest. My account was already verified before over year ago. I still got a message from paradisecasino:

"Your cashout of 1350.0 EUR has been canceled. Reason: Please upload the front photo of your bank card used for deposits with the name, expiry date, and the first 6 and last 4 digits visible. Paradise Casino Care Team"

-Ok, I think because my last withdrawal was over 1,5year ago, of course they need "newer" information. I sent new pictures of my Visa card (which was also my deposit method).


After that, I made second withdrawal on next day and also that cancelled, the reason was:"Your cash out of 1350.0 EUR has been canceled. Reason: Please upload the front photo of your bank card **47 used for deposits with the name, expiry date, and the first 6 and last 4 digits visible."

-This was another Visa card (and the card used in a completely different deposit earlier) was in no way connected to this deposit. I wondered a little about it and nevertheless decided to send a new picture of it as well. I already had the thought that the casino will start deliberately delaying the payment citing various reasons (this is not my only complaint on the Askgamblers site, and not the only one with Paradise Casino either).


I made my third withdrawal and also it was cancelled and now the reason was:

"Dear Friend,

We want to inform You that Your withdrawal request was canceled due to additional verification procedure. We kindly ask you to upload a selfie + ID into your account in «Documents» tab

Thank you for understanding!

Best regards,

Paradise Casino Support Team."


-Ok, this was the point when I realized that the matter was going to be difficult, I have faced similar actions before. It is a bit questionable to demand pictures like this, which can be misused, for example, in marketing (how does the casino give the player guarantees about the careful preservation of data protection?).

Despite this, I had to send them a picture of me holding my passport, even though all the documents I've sent before were really accurate and sharp pictures (passport, proof of address etc).


After that I got message from "Paradise VIP team" (which I have never belonged to before):

"Title: You're a winner! Congrats! ;)Hey, **** You've done well and your reward is already waiting in the account for you to claim it! Enjoy your prize and may the luck never leave you!"

I went to my account and I saw that they added to my account automatically some kind "Internal the Weekly tournament prize" campaign, which has 1500euros more wagering (50 x 30). The email message prompts me to claim it myself, even though the casino had already done it themselves, I thought it was strange. I realized that probably the ulterior motive here was to mislead the player, because in paradisecasino's terms and conditions says:

"b11. The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement. The maximum you will ever be able to withdraw from play with funds associated with a weekly tournament prize is 2,000 EUR/USD; 3,000 CAD/NZD; 220,000 JPY"

also:

"b14. Only one bonus can be claimed at a time. Deposit related bonuses cannot be “stacked”. Paradise Casino management reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behavior."


So, my balance was suddenly 4400euros (original balance was 4350euros and they had added a bonus of 50 euros with a turnover of 30x). In other words, after the new 1500 euros wagering (even if I had won more) they would have invoked this "b11" -point in their conditions for my withdrawal or they would have taken the entire amount citing term "b14".

I went to the customer service chat and told that I have never taken such a bonus. The chat person claimed that I participated in such a campaign because it was active on my account. I told them that this was added automatically on behalf of the casino after the email. Customer service finally agreed to remove the bonus.

I decided to stay in a same withdrawal amount (1350euros) and see what happens next. Finally my fourth withdrawal went through and paradisecasino paid 1350 euros. After that my balance was 3000 euros on my account. I didn't want to play at the casino anymore, because it started to feel like a place where you have to fear whether your winnings will be paid out in the future as well. After my fifth withdrawal I got message:

Emma Mon, 03/13/23 3:14 pm "Dear ****, We have to inform you that the bonus you've been playing with has the maximum win amount. Allowed amount has been successfully processed to you and, unfortunately, the rest of your win is subject of subtraction. We kindly ask you to observe our Bonus Terms & Conditions and be more attentive next time. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope for your understanding. Should you have any questions or doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or via live-chat.Best Regards, Paradise Casino Support Team "


I tried to go to my account and when I try to login the system says: "Your account is disabled". Paradisecasino's chat person cannot find my account so the only thing I have been able to do has been to send an email and asking where this withdrawal limit is based on. In response I only received: 

"Felicia Wed, 03/15/23 4:28 am Dear ****, 1,350 EUR is a maximum win, and it was processed to you."

In other words, the withdrawal restriction in this case has been based on complete arbitrariness, which is why my account has also been closed. Nowhere in the terms of the campaign (the campaign which I have wagered) isn't any mention about the maximum winning amount (all other later arguments are false) and they are also completely self-invented after all the delay attempts. Even after the first withdrawal my money was not removed from my account. Only after my fifth withdrawal my account was just closed for no reason, when the means ran out.

I demand Paradisecasino to open my account back and also pay my 3000euros to my bank account. I also want answers to my questions, why is there a deliberate attempt to lead the player to make a mistake before the withdrawal? I always read the campaign terms and bonus terms on the Casino's website carefully before playing. I'll never use maximum withdrawal bonuses and this bonus was not like that either. It is also proven by all the actions of the casino mentioned above to prevent the withdrawal.

The fact that I follow terms (stake limits, game limits, etc.) means that I commit to them. However, it also means that the casino itself commits to them, and does not come up with new conditions afterwards. Equally it also means that the casino cannot deliberate attempt to mislead the player in order to confiscate the winnings. Such activity is completely against the rights of the players and against the MGA license.

I really hope that this is some kind misunderstanding on the part of the Paradisecasino. If the matter is not resolved even here, I'm forced to bring all the facts to MGA's attention with the necessary screenshots and attachments. Thank you.

Paradise Casino - Cancels Cashout and let me wait for no reason

Hello, I have in issue for more than one week with this online casino. It always canceled my cashout with the reason of missing salary statements. I have my own shop and provided every single document they needed but they still ask me every day for salaries and don't want to be serious enough to know that not every person gets salaries and lot of persons have own business.

My cashout was always canceled within a few hours always with that same email asking me for documents I already provided. After every single document they wanted was in their hands the cashout is pending since Monday and every day I contact the Live Chat I get different answers. After they got all documents they wanted they are letting me wait for no reason. I have a Donut&Coffee Shop (business registration from city Administration I also uploaded). I get money from the sellings (cashier report for 6 month uploaded) and I get also money from Takeaway because we offer also a delivery service (also takeaway reports for 6 month uploaded). All that statements they can also see in my business account statements which I uploaded also for 6 month.

Where I get my money from and how I withdraw money from it. Also my private bank account is in their hand I uploaded it for also 6 month. I even uploaded receipts when i deposited my private account. So every detail is in their hands and all that for a 22 € deposit I made there for the last 6 month. So now they are definitely showing me that they don't want to give me my money.

Paradise Casino - Money deposited not credited to account
I made a deposit via gigadat e-transfer for 55 dollars 48 hours ago. I contacted Paradise casino after the first few hours and was told it can take a few hours to show on their end. I waited and waited... still nothing so I corresponded with chat again after 24hours and was told to wait some more so I contacted gigadat who assured me the money had been sent to Paradise casino so I contacted chat yet again with proof of gigadat transfer including the transfer number. They said they are looking into it. Almost another 24 hours have passed and still nothing. While I do understand now that it can take up to 24 hours to go through (sometimes longer) I have provided ample proof from not only my e-mail confirmation from my bnk but also confirmation from gigadat and still no funds in my acct. I absolutely love Paradise Casino.I never really win but as a widowed Mother caring for a Child with a disability this is how I unwind. With Covid I am no longer able to do the self care I previously did which is lunch with friends or getting my nails done or maybe a bingo night, so this is my only treat to myself. I was not even offered token free spins as I refuse to deposit again until this issue is sorted out. Even though they do not win much the gesture would have been so appreciated. I find this very frustrating and unprofessional on the part of Paradise Casino. So 48 hours later, confirmed transfer documents on the part of myself and gigadat and I still wait.

Paradise Casino - Intentionally Delaying 6236 CAD Withdrawal
I am a new player and started playing at Paradise Casino on May 16, 2020. I've had a pretty luck streak of profiting over 5K in about of 2 weeks of playing here with over dozen deposits. I was able to verify account within 2 days of registering a new account at this Paradise, so I have successfully receive all my withdrawals up until May 30, 2020. Now suddenly my final 2 Withdrawals, a total of $6236 were cancelled on June 1, 2020.

I received an email from Paradise regarding the cancellation:

Dear Player,
We want to inform You that Your withdrawal request was canceled due to verification procedure.
In order to verify your account we kindly ask You to upload the following documents into your account in «Documents» tab:
- photo of Your ID
- photo of the document that proves your address (utility bill or bank statement) which is not older than 90 days
- photo of Your card if you deposited via card; screenshot of Your E-wallet if you deposited via E-wallet; screenshot of your deposit if you used other kind of payment system
- selfie with your ID

So I resent all my documents again including my selfie which was not request in my first verification, they all got approved.
So once again I wait for my cashout until once again my withdrawal was cancelled again today on June 3, 2020.

I'm starting to get agitated over this matter since my previous withdrawal were received pretty fast, usually in a day. Furthermore they ask for multiple verification in different times and within a short span of as a new player. Feels like this they don't welcome lucky players that win from them and deliberately withhold or delay winnings. I wish to see this matter resolved.

I used to play a lot at Paradise Casino (and deposited quite a lot.) The best things about Paradise Casino were a great selection of games from different providers and really fast verification and withdrawal procedures.

This year Paradise Casino has gone from great to poor. The withdrawal time frames have, at least for me, lengthened significantly. The site has constant technical problems, such as chat not working with Chrome and not being able to activate bonuses. But the low of the low is the customer support. Several of my e-mails have gone unanswered and on the live chat (I have had to use the chat with MS Edge because Chrome does not work) you have to wait for ages for an agent to come online, the agents are rude and never really help, all they say is "clear cache and cookies". I got fed up with the casino and closed my account.

I have loved Paradise Casino. I play here often and even though I have not really won on here I absolutely love the speed of loading games and the selection of games which always keeps me coming back as a loyal customer.

I am extremely disappointed with a couple of my interactions with chat regarding money I e-transferred taking an unreasonable amount of time to be reflected in my account. I do understand there are delays however it was confirmed by gigadat my transfer went through and still it did not reflect in my account. It has been well over 24 hours and I have not even been offered any type of timeline on when the money will show in my acct or even complimentary free spins. Even though they never really win much the gesture would have been appreciated. Just nothing except "We forwarded it to accounting" or finances or whoever takes care of these things. When I had a similar incident at another site I was offered free spins AND they immediately did up a ticket looking into it and e-mailed me the ticket proof. This is a poor way to treat loyal customers Paradise. Very disappointing.

I made a withdrawal the 7. of April and it was approved and they were suppose to sent the money. But, I still didn't received the money in my bank account. And after several chats and screenshots of my bank account, I still didn't hear a thing from them! It feels like a big scam. Its now 27. of April!

Sorry for my English. I won 3600 usd. During the day they did not withdraw money to me. After a letter came that under the terms of wagering I could not win more than 2,000 usd and turned off my account. Support said it was a mistake and turned on the account. Waiting for the withdrawal of 2000 usd. I do not recommend this casino to anyone!

What I did is what people asked
I messaged first and asked if they take players from New Zealand and they say yes, welcome bonus also accepted ok great.
So I sign up, it asks me what currency I wanted and I say NZD so I deposit 200 great get 450 with the welcome bonus, ok let’s play
Load games nope sorry can’t play this game in NZD and switches me over to euro game says I have have no euros so I can’t play.
Connect to chat, clear caches, log out, restart device. Ok done
Again no playing in NZD only euro
I ask ok why. Because you can’t play these games in NZD. Ok what can I play with NZD and I get a choice of 2 games, I ask to switch my money to euros so I can play games I like and enjoy but nope. Can’t do it.

You must check if Paradise casino accepts players from your country. They also live chat & you don't need to be a member to ask questions to their staff, you just need to provide email.. I have played at a lot of different places, and always hade the same problem when winning money. If it´s not document hassle then it´s violation of some crazy terms and conditions. But not here, I mean WOW, document verification in the first 15 min, then when account was fully verified the withdraw was processed immediately. I say finally a good place to spend your time, I came here after seeing AskGamblers review and I'm staying here.
