Casino Refuse to Pay and confiscate half of my winnings

Some months ago I decided to play on this Casino, made some deposits which are showed on one of the attached files, totalizing a bit more than 50Euros.Everything I deposited was lost, theres no problem with that.

From time to time this Casino kept sending me free bonuses of 5$ that I usually played and lost. But yesterday I got a bit luckier and managed to win more than 100$. The maximun bet I did was 1$, didnt do anything wrong. Verified my account by sending the required documents and the Chat Support Paloma made my withdrawal request for me with the value of 95,50$. I think it was a little strange that it was 95,50 when I actually had 100,50$ balance but it was no big deal.


But today looking at my e-mail I received a message that my withdrawal was rejected, for the reason that I didnt make a minimum of 50$ deposit. But as you can see on the print I attached I already deposited more than 50$. When I logged into my account after that, I saw that my balance now was only 50$. When I contacted support, thats the first answer I receive. That the Casino can confiscate your winnings without any reason, just like that.

This support agent "Thea" now told me to make a 50$ deposit so I can withdraw the 100$ again, do you think I feel safe to deposit another penny here ?


I ask for AG help here, I'm just a player that lost money lots of times for a Casino and finally got lucky once, at least I thought I did.

Hello. I want to make a complaint for a delayed payment on this casino.

Let me start that i have Recieved a bonus of 5 euro on their site via email.

I logged in and start playing. I made around 120 euro RAW cash (after wagering requirments).

On their Bonus T&C if you receive such a bonus, you can only withdraw a maximum of 50 euros.

I said fine, and they took the other money away. After that they wanted me to deposit at least 1 time in their casino with at least amount of 10 euros so they can proceed forward with the withdraw. I made a deposit via CC and then requested the withdraw of an amount 60 euros.

And this is the beginning of delay. I have requested the money on 17th of january and the transfer to be made via credit card.

They started to ask for documents.

I have sent them: ID Card (front and backside), Bank statement for Residence Verification, Front and back side of credit card. In addition, they sent some kind of form that they wanted me to fullfill it. Without this fullfilled form they cannot proceed forward with my withdraw.

THE FORM contains : That I formally approved that the transaction of 10 euro has been made by my own disrection and I understand that these transaction have or will be billed to my credit card. etc etc. In addition, they wanted the front amd the back side of the credit card together with the FORM.

I said again fine and sent them everything. The document is sighed and sent again with everything that they asked. (For these 8 days, I have sent them the documents around 5 times, since on every answer there was a new ticked..)

For 1st time ever i see such things like this... So 1 hour ago i received an answer that they cannot process my withdraw, because my credit card must be SIGNED?

I already sent their wanted form and it is signed by me together with my credit card...

So.. almost 10 days passed and they are delaying with answers as well. More than 24 hours are passing before I receive any answer by them.

I received an email saying '' Congratulations, 5 euro bonus was credited to your account''
So I login to try out some games, and i got lucky with bonuses, so i completed wagering of 250 euros or something , and had 95 euros after wagering . So i contacted customer support, one of the guys instructed to me that oh congratulations you completed wagering, and you are left with 50 euros to cash out (even tho i had 95 in balance, they said wagering is complete) . So they instructed me to lose 45 euros and make it even to 50. Then tricked me into depositing 20 Euros from Neteller so I could withdraw 70 Euros straight away (They have those rules in bonus rules section, i read all of them, and did exactly as told by customer support) .
So i deposit that 20 euros, and then i find out that only 65 is possible to withdraw since 5 euro bonus has to go back to casino site. Then i contact customer support and they gave me 2 options - cancel that withdrawal and do some spins to get to 70 euros , or deposit another 10 so i could withdraw that 70 :)
I chose not to deposit anymore , so i canceled current withdrawal of 65 and i get lucky on few spins and I reach 79.
Then i contact the same guy who instructed me to do so - he did a withdrawal on my behalf of 70 euros, and i got left with 9 euros - i asked , what to do with them, he said just lose it , since youre not gonna be able to do anything with them . So i did .
Then i receive an email asking to provide with documents, so i did .
And then 3 days nothing - i contact customer support, and they kept tricking me that theres an issue with my account, that i did some 30% of irregular betting or whatever does that means, and i got left with 0 answers. They keep telling me send an email to customer support, they should at least give me a refund - NOTHING HAPPENED . it feels like im always talking with 1 guy, since i don't have to explain my situation, always feels like he knows what i told and what been told .
All i want is my money back, thats all .
I did made a lot of screenshots of what they kept telling me , and i spoke on the phone with 2 guys named differently , but somehow sounded like same guy.
Can you guys help to shut down this site so others wouldnt make same mistake?

It is just a six for me. I do think they still have a lot of work to do on this one, and I can say that there is a lot of effort given when it comes to the better layout as well. This has been a consistent trend for this site and I give them a lot of kudos for it. One can say that they really did a great job to work out on it at this point in time as well. Some would even put up a lot of time on this site for its simple design.

There isn’t much flaw for me at this point in time but I do think that there are a lot of those who say that this lacks emphasis on the quality check and customer service. The CS can be improved by actually putting an actual person on the chat rather than a bot. It has been so inefficient for many players out there and I had a chance to try this one out as well. So I think there is still a way for them to improve this one at the very least since they have the budget as well.

Its true that essential game providers missing and the choices seems quit pure regarding the competition.

Limited games and customer support not helpful and they also have weekly limits for withdrawal. Also, bonus can only be played on certain games, and the mobile version is not user-friendly.

I can only dissuade anyone from this casino. This really borders on fraud. The bonus in itself sounds very good. But what's not in the terms and conditions: This is never paid out to you and only serves as a cushion, so to speak, to have more room for manoeuvre when things are not going so well. That's quite okay in itself. However, these bonuses usually have lower wagering requirements, as the bonus cannot be cashed out at all. However, you must wager your deposit plus bonus 30 times.So just as it is usual to get the bonus paid out.

Since the general terms and conditions also do not say anything about this, I assumed that this is the case. In addition, I received a €10 welcome bonus, which has almost no use in this form, which I then had to implement 60 times. In total I had to wager several 1000€ only to have the chance to get my deposited money back. Typically, this type of bonus requires you to wager approximately 10 times your deposit and bonus. And that makes a huge difference.
Even if you contact support and ask how often you still have to play until you receive the bonus, you will not be notified of this. So you are systematically led to believe that you can really get the bonus paid out. Because it all points to that. Only after you have completely wagered the bonus will you be informed on request that this is not possible at all.

But as I said, it was only afterwards, despite previous contact. And that's just not the way it is for me. If you are looking for a fair and serious casino, you are definitely at the wrong address.

One of the worst gaming experiences ever !!

Let me be very honest here. If it's a casino belonging to Game Tech, I would usually avoid it, simply because I do not like the platform that all their casinos are using. It doesn't have any real-time tracking of wagering progress, so I'm always left wondering how much wagering I have done, or how much more I need to complete. It really sucks when this info cannot be readily seen either onscreen or in the account section. But in this instance, I was looking for a good deposit bonus to try out some new games, and believe it or not, only Game Tech casinos offer 300% or more bonuses. Closing one eye, I signed up at OrientXpress Casino and hoped that my play would be satisfactory enough. Well, it certainly wasn't!

Firstly, the deposit bonus cannot be used to play on other provider games, except for GS, Fugaso and some BetSoft games. I tried playing NextGen games but got pop-up messages that showed only my deposited balance to play on the game, so I didn't play any of them. I then tried on my favourite BetSoft game, Fruit Zen, but the game simply wouldn't load at all. All I got was a blank black page for as long as I had waited, which was almost for 1 hour! Very disappointed, I then decided to play on a new Fugaso game which I haven't played before, so I picked Smoking Dogs game, a clone of NetEnt's Twin Spin. When that game played horribly, eating up 3-quarters of my total balance without even seeing any win exceeding 15x my bet amount, I then switched over to a more familiar game - Plagues Of Egypt. I had a good play at another casino on this game just some days earlier, but at OrientXpress, the game played as horribly as Smoking Dogs did! I couldn't even get a 10x win!

Considering that I had deposited 20 EUR, got only a 250% bonus of 50 EUR instead of the promotional offer of 300% (60 EUR), and then lost it all on just 2 blardy Fugaso games that paid nothing more than peanuts, I finally ended the day feeling totally disappointed! In fact, I was almost at a point of losing my coolness in anger! The game play at OrientXpress was one of the worst that I have had in many months. Surprisingly enough though, my earlier play at another Game Tech's casino went quite nicely comparatively, so perhaps this OrientXpress Casino simply doesn't suit me at all.

Worst casino site ever. Tried with the free registration bonus and I could not play any says internal error with bonus selected games and money was deducted. I have tried many casinos and this site was the most disappointing. Customer chat did not even reply, said busy for more more than 45 minutes.

A really shady site! U will need to ask support for anything related to the bonus terms if u don't wanna ruin your money: bonus money can only be played on gs games, and can't be withdrawal, wr is NOT FIXED and up to support to decide, no terms about max bet, %wr contribution.. U wont be able to find those info anywhere on the site, u have to ask support, and at least 5min for each of their reply. Support have such powerful role but cannot close your account when requested but u have to send an email and wait. Untrustworthy casino!

I did not like anything in this casino. So I knew I would be crazy to spend my fund's here. I asked for account closure 7 days ago. They emailed me and confirmed it was closed. But today I got promo offer via email and I was wondering why. So I went to the site and tried to log in and well well, my account was still open! First I was told in chat that they never received my email, and then I told that are they kidding since I got email back that " Your account is now closed." , then agent started saying that "Oh I read wrong, I did not see something" Etc. And asked that " Do not punish me." I was like what ? Not professional at all. Terms are horrible, and they do not respect safe playing and players right to close their account. It was not mistake, it was calculated. So no, I do not recommend since it is very important how casino handle closure request and gamcare.
