Best casino and bookmaker in Latvia. A reliable casino that I trust 100% (Latvian license). Super fast withdrawals, within an hour (Banklink does its job). There are a lot of promotions and bonuses. A very large selection of games, including my favorite game Book of Ra.
The casino design seems to me to be outdated and requires changes. Of course, this does not affect the game, so everything works fast. There is no way to deposit from wallets like Skrill and Neteller.
I am from Latvia, so optibet.lv is pretty relevant for me. These guys are market leaders, very recognised brand. Pay out without any troubles, good selection of slots, including very popular in Latvia - Book of Ra.
Customer service is ok, on acceptable level. Pretty interesting promotions currently even though in Latvia promotions are in general quite poor.

I was a little surprised to see Optibet.lv casino being added on AskGamblers. The reason for that is fact that this casino is very popular in my country and it's page has 3 languages, one of them is Latvian. They also have Latvian licence. That being said, I never made a deposit there or ever signed up because I had some doubts about them, but of course, when a casino is on AskGamblers, it makes them more trustworthy in my eyes.
As their software providers they have many software, including Netent and Microgaming which made them more interesting in my eyes. I visited the site and when I registered, I had to write my bank iban number and I didn't like that. I actually didn't have any e-wallet option to my banking, only bank wire and credit cards and I wasn't a fan of that.
After registration I went to see promotions and unfortunately I didn't see any welcome bonuses. That was a little sad. I went to banking and made a 30€ deposit from my credit card and went without any bonus. I wanted to speak with live support about bonus situation but they were offline and I didn't want to wait. I did sent an email to them regarding this matter though.
With money in my balance I went to play Twin Spin. I placed 0.50€ bets and played around 300 spins. I got my balance up to 80€ thanks to a few big wins and then I moved on to Blood Suckers slot. I placed 1€ bets and in the first few spins triggered free spins round in which I won 40 x bet size win. Soon after I got another free spins but they paid only 10 x bet. I played overall 100 spins, the beginning was promising but the last part was very tight and I decided to move on. My balance was 120€ and I decided to chase a bigger win instead of making a withdrawal. I went to Jack Hammer 2. I played with 1€ bets for about an hour. At some point my balance was up for 20€ but it slowly decreased. The winnings came rarer and I couldn't get free spins round so when I was down to 30€, I visited Starburst, which gave me only dead spins and all of my money was gone.
The next day I received a reply from support and I was told that if I am a resident from Latvia, there are no welcome bonuses for me. Overall I think this casino is very good and they are worth trying out. Game selection was very good and answer from email support was very helpful. I will definitely play there again.
I really wish they would improve their promotions.

For the past couple years it's gotten worse. Only had a losing streak over a year, so i quit here for good. They also removed many good old Novomatic/Green Tube games.
