I requested a withdrawal of 105,000 HUF from OhMySpins Casino on August 22, 2026.

The withdrawal is still showing as “Under Review” and I have not received the money.

I contacted OhMySpins customer support regarding the delay. They informed me in writing that their standard withdrawal processing time is up to 3 business days, although additional checks may sometimes cause delays.

However, significantly more than 3 business days have now passed, and I have still not received any specific explanation as to why my withdrawal is being held or when it will be processed.

I have not been informed that any additional verification documents are required from me.

I would like OhMySpins Casino to process and pay my 105,000 HUF withdrawal as soon as possible.

I can provide screenshots of the pending withdrawal and my communication with the casino as evidence.

It has been almost 5 days, and the R$1,000 has still not been credited to my account.

The reason for my complaint today is that after 5 business days, my withdrawal at OhMySpins is still pending without any specific reason. I don't get any proper updates from their Live Chat support, just always the same message that the team is working on it. The chat support looks like it's automated or IA agents.

I'm desperate now, and this is my last resort because I don't know what to do.

Hello! I have a gambling problem, and due to this, I have repeatedly asked OhMySpins to close my gaming account. I have requested this in live chat and via email. The live chat replied that they could not close my gaming account and that I must do it through email. They also cannot limit my deposit amounts and direct me to request that from my own bank.

I have asked for closure multiple times via email, the first time being several years ago.

One of the most recent emails is case number 26013710, where the casino asked me on March 20th to confirm that my gaming account would be closed. They informed me that I would lose all the funds in the account during the process. I confirm on the same day, March 20th, that I want my gaming account closed.

However, my account is not closed; instead, new bonuses are added, which the casino used to entice me to play again. As a result, I lost at least an additional 1500 euros. On March 23rd, I sent an inquiry asking why my account has not been closed and why new bonuses are being added to it. There is no response to the email.

On March 26th, I sent another email requesting the closure of my gaming account. This too has not been answered.

According to OhMySpins' terms, the gaming account will be closed within 24 hours of the request if the closure is requested due to a gambling problem.

I made a withdrawal request on 22nd Nov 2024 of INR 20,000 but until today on 28 Nov, my withdrawal still showing pending.

When I contact customer support they just answer we know the delays and say the same thing always.

They claim that the maximum processing time for withdrawal is 3 days now it's 6 days but they are delaying my withdrawal without giving any specific reasons.

Also, my request is via crypto so banking delays are out ofthe question.

I deposited 300$ on 20th September 2024 and won around 500$+ and requested a withdrawal of 500$ on 20th September.

Today is 2nd October and I still haven't received the funds yet, it's been 12 days. The live chat is useless as I reached out to them 3-4 times but they always answer the same thing again and again. All my documents are verified and approved, still, they say there is a queue and keep delaying my payment. Dear AskGamblers team, please do something about this casino OhMySpins, this is clearly harassment as my funds are stuck there and I need them, even after all verifications, they keep holding them without a reason.

They sent me emails about verifying ip address and I did that and confirmed it with the support. But after two-three days they sent me the same ip verification email, it's so exhausting and irritating. I did everything and I used only my one device while playing on OhMySpins.
