I have contacted Ohmyspins multiple times regarding my withdrawal, but I have only received repetitive and generic responses from their support team.
It has been almost 5 days, and the R$1,000 has still not been credited to my account.
I would appreciate a clear explanation and a prompt resolution of this issue as soon as possible.
