This casino is a solid option. The games are great, especially the wild ones, and it’s nice to see a newer site putting in the effort. I think it’s still growing, but there’s a lot of potential here. A wider variety of games could help.
I like the games at North Casino, but you can also find these games at all other similar Casinos, so nothing special. I like the name, it applies to Scandinavians.
I dislike that they did not do anything to resolve my Complaint regarding exceeded deposit limit. What they did do is update their T&C. Atter that, no response here. I have screenshots of the old T&C from before my complaint + the updated one.
As a valued player at different casinos over the years, i find this very unprofessional. Makes me Wonder what else they will try to Get away with, and i will definitely not be playing at this casino again.
They also give out very low bonuses! (Except the first one)
This one is just a eight for me since they do offer the best onlines that I have been playing with my father since I was a kid. One can say that they did a great job of putting up those wild games up there for a reason, and it is to cater audiences well. I can say that I have enjoyed my time in playing games here and i believe that there is more to expect since that this one is a young site that is trying to rise up in the ranks among many other casinos out there.
All I can say that it is almost good enough for me except that they have slow responses when it comes to customer service. There was one time when I had to actually come up with an answer for myself in a game that crashed simply because there are customer services available but do not even respond by an inch.
Talk about putting up some serious numbers only to come up short in the customer service, which is like the most important part of any casino that is catering clients online. That is my verdict for this one right here.
