North Casino - Exceeded deposit limits at North Casino

I contacted North Casino last week about my concerns about exceeding deposit limits. I set a limit of 900 NOK a month because I have problems controlling my spending at casinos.

The casino is answering all my emails, but nothing is happening!! I was able to deposit 7565 NOK over the limit last week; now, that is up to 8841 NOK.

NOTHING happened or changed about the limits, the limit is 900 NOK! I asked the casino if they could give me a refund of the money, but the issue is not resolved 8 days later.

I sent a complaint on Ask gamblers last week, but the complaint was rejected Because the casino did not answer with a conclusion on the matter. But they had 8 days to resolve this and I can still deposit more Than my limit!

Hello!

I got this reply from North Casino on my email now, and i dont understand what they mean.. They did not reply to the complaint, i reopened it here, still no answer, but they say it is resolved..? If possible, can Ask Gambler look into it?

The rules about deposits was NOT there before i made the complaint, as you can see from the dialogue and the screenshots from t&c.

Hello North Casino.

I asked to reopen this complaint as you see, to give you a chance to resolve this.
You did not respond withing the time limit, you also did not respond to the email i sent you to remind you about the time limit, also not to the email i sent you today.

Will you resolve this, and refund the money i spent over the limit, before you changed your T&C??
