No payout of my 10 LTC

Hello, with a welcome bonus I have after several bigwins in the game book of cats in the end successfully converted the bonus.
I had a balance of 10.07 LTC
Of this I immediately paid out 10 LTC. Immediately I got an email with a confirmation link. I confirmed this of course.
I then got the next day an email that my account is now fully verified.
However, when I asked the next day after my withdrawal, I was told by email I had paid out more than I have on my account! This is of course nonsense I have even left a rest namely 0.077 LTC on my account.
On my further emails was no longer answered. Previously, I was promised to find a solution, but now they no longer respond.

I say again I have not made a mistake and not paid out more than I have on the account! (Which is not possible at all because you can not even send the withdrawal request if you do not have enough credit).
Since this is not just about a few dollars, I ask here for help because I suspect the casino does this willfully.
I have attached some screenshots with the emails from the casino and from my account that prove that I had enough funds to initiate the withdrawal of 10 litecoin.

I would like to inform you that Northcasino has finally sent the payment.

This morning I was finally able to cancel the pending withdrawal and reapply, now just now the withdrawal was sent to my wallet. Why the support hereführ almost 10 days took I have not found out, but that is now also no longer important.

I would like to thank you for the support you provide to users, without opening a case I would not have been sure to receive my winnings.

The support claims already 2 times the amount should be according to payments team already in my account, unfortunately, this is not the truth as I prove with the renewed screenshot here. I am now unfortunately sure that this is a tactic of the casino. I hope here times someone responsible of the casino.

The casino has written me in the meantime it would be taken care of someone would contact me, but it continues to happen nothing for days.
