Absolute joke of a casino! Bonuses are a scam—wagering requirements so high you’ll never actually get anything. I tried to cash out, and boom, account was suddenly “under review.” No real answers from support, just excuses. Wish I never deposited here...

MyEmpire Casino, the thing that I like is the fact that there are so many games to choose from, and the deposit/withdrawal options are convenient. The customer service has been helpful, though the bonuses could be better with lower wagering conditions. Still, it’s a solid place to play.

Nothing I didn't like anything in the casino at all. The game lacks, the support team never answer, the bonuses has huge wagering requirements. Just awful

After trying over 16 different online casino sites, I can confidently say that this particular casino has the worst service I've come across. Withdrawals seem to take forever to reach your wallet, and it feels like they go out of their way to delay paying out winnings. While deposits are instant, getting your hands on your winnings becomes a never-ending waiting game. This has been a truly disappointing experience, and I have decided not to use their services again.

MyEmpire has a great start with amazing selection of game providers and payment methods to choose from. I did get to try the customer service which I can vouch for the responsiveness. I think it’s good enough as a gambling site.

My only gripes is that I had to use the customer service in the first place. It’s usually involving delays in my withdrawals but they’re more often than not tied to the bonuses I claimed which have confusing terms and conditions.

The casino has a large bonus package and you will get a bonus crap every 24 hours you deposit. The have a huge selection of games with the possibility of selecting individual providers.

I liked this site and have liked it for some time now. But sadly all good things must come to an end. There are now alot of errors on the site and tons of slots arent working anymore. Altso the bonus grab game does not exist anymore but every time you deposit you get one free grab. The support are vague in the responses.
It is hard to play at a site where the offers are broken and does not work. For now i suggest playing elsewhere.:

If you take a Bonus while you have a pending withdraw they put your Balance to Zero after finishing Wager. I asked the Support because I never seen this before and they said its because I have a pending withdraw that's why they put back the Balance to 0 after finishing Wager. I lost 400 Euros because of that and I would never play again on this Site

This casino is unique I suppose in the way it gives away loyalty bonuses. You get a diamond for a hundred euro wagered. I'm afraid there isn't a whole lot of good to say about this place.

This casino is as bed as it gets. The games lag on every single spin. They delay withdrawals as to make it impossible nearly to withdraw. The support is a waste of time and there is zero responsible gaming option. I asked them in live chat to shut my account. They just ignored me and the account hasn't been shut. If your playing here I'm afraid your playing at the bottom. They use the reduced rtp on pragmatic etc. You've no hope as a player. Chances are after 15 minutes the lag will have you leaving anyway. Really really bad. If they paid me I wouldn't play here again.

This casino's wagering counter is incorrect. Everytime I wager 1x, it still won't let me withdraw. It needs to be resolved because I have already contacted them about this in the past, and it hasn't been fixed.

The website is very clunky on mobile Web. The email reply to various issues are non-existent.
You can't verify your account unless they unlock a page for you. I have asked numerous times to verify so I can withdraw with NO response via email.
I bought a $150 bonus buy on a Hacksaw slot. The game crashed and I didn't get to see the bonus but it took my money anyway. I have asked twice via email to fix the issue and send me a replay of the game and have yet to receive a reply. Support is non existant.

I am gamblig since 2017, i never saw ans had a experience as i had here in this caisno, i activated all Bonuses i could that Casino offers, i got 4 Welcome bonuses and i got a bonus game just for first deposit, that means all slots i played after i got 0 free games or bonus games, that is very frustrating, what is also strange is that,i played on 0,40 0,60 or 1e stake...not higher...
