Following my latest resolved complaint, I meanwhile again have 3x EUR 500,00 open withdrawals at MyEmpire casino, and the support would again just tell me that everything is fine and it will just take more time. 3 days have passed - which is the terms and conditions of MyEmpire for withdrawals - and nothing happened.

Meanwhile, 5 days have passed, but still no payments received, please support.

MyEmpire Casino - Withdraw problem 16500 EUR

Hi,

I’ve won €16,500. On “VIP” level 1 I can withdraw €500 per day, with a maximum of 3 simultaneous withdrawals. MyEmpire is generally a good casino, but these withdrawals are unbelievably slow. Even the 3 business days mentioned on the website aren’t enough for a single withdrawal. I currently have three €500 withdrawals pending. Nothing is moving forward.

Even my very first withdrawal is already significantly delayed.

I know the basic rules and the 3-day waiting period, but something really needs to be done about this now.

The first of the three withdrawals is over 86 hours old. I’ve been instructed to contact chat support in such cases.

In both chat and email messages, I keep getting the same response every time: “Please wait patiently, you are in the queue."

On October 5th I won EUR 5,000.00 at the MyEmpire Casino.
As to be seen in the attached pictures, I immediately started the first withdrawal (with my account level I can withdraw a maximum of EUR 500.00 per day with a maximum pending amount of EUR 1,500.00 - currently reached). Usually it takes 3 working days for the withdrawal to be processed - also according to their terms and conditions.
Yet until today I did not receive a single cent and all 3 withdrawals are still pending.
Since working day 4 has passed, I text MyEmpire Casino on daily basis and they keep telling me things like "everything is fine, you are just in the queu, but finance department is working on it and you have high priority".. Still unfortunately, nothing happens.

Are you able to help?

I still have EUR 3,500.00 in the bank and I can see this will take ages and I am afraid, they will not pay at all to be honest... This has never happened to me in the past with them - they were always paying after 3-4 working days. First time I win "big" for my relations I get this insane waiting period as result ..

MyEmpire Casino - Withdrawal pending for 3 weeks

I won 15620 dollars and can only withdraw 750 dollars at a time, but my withdrawal has been pending since September 2nd.

It says on my account that it doesn't require verification at the moment.

I don't know what's taking so long.

I've emailed them about it, and they just replied to me with a generic response and provided no help.

I would like to know what's taking so long and what can be done to expedite the process.

I currently have three pending bank withdrawals, totaling 1426 CHF, which have not been paid despite multiple follow-ups with the casino’s support team.

The casino does not comply with its own terms.

I have requested a withdrawal, but they have not approved within their own deadline.

In chat, they say everything looks good, so there should be no reason for the delay.

I see several players writing about the same problem, this is simply too bad. I have given notice via chat that I would file a complaint if they do not meet the deadline, so they have had the opportunity to fix this before I submitted a complaint. Unfortunately, they did not comply with this, so I am now filing a complaint.

I requested my two withdrawals (total 1000eur) 2 weeks ago to my Skrill bank account.

I was asking several times to customer service and also sent e-mails, but they always said just to be patient and withdraw will be done soon.

It repeats again and again.

So my payment is now 8 days late, I've talked to the agent a million times and still no help, they keep saying they have too many requests.

They're actually just dragging me out because they're sending this message to everyone.

My first payment was on 19.04 then the next day another one and the third payment on 3rd day.

They say verification is not needed and that's what I asked. So, please help me because they're dragging me out and wasting my time and patience.
