Hello, is a basic casino, nothing special. Nothing special. The customer support that is 24/7 is not helpful at all. A good selection of games. But for a gambler, this is not a site that I will recommend.
In 2025, to wait 36h, only for them to ask you some documents and after that, you need to wait 24-48h to verify your documents. And that term can be more because “a big load of work” is not worthy of the name “online casino” in 2025. They are in 2010!
I’m in the process of verification right now for a certain amount of money, and I’m currently on over 90 hours wait for my documents to be verified!

What a bunch of thieves. I inquired about the Reverse Potion I had activated. This potion states and I quote, "This potion WILL help you get some of your money back." After not receiving any money back, I contacted Customer Service to understand why. On two occasions the CS rep named Hanna, said, "..during the activation of the Reverse Potion, it MAY help you get some money back. But once again it is random and can not guarantee that funds will be returned to you." yet the Potion indicates clearly that it WILL get you some of your money back. Just constant lies from customer service about potions they sell for REAL MONEY. DO NOT BUY THEIR CRAP AND STOP PLAYING HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Terrible experience with settling bets. After using multiple online casinos, I have never ever had an experience where I have to wait OVER 48 hours for a bet to be settled. I placed two bets on a cricket match that was abandoned due to rain with no result, visible on all official platforms. I also received my bets back from other sites where I have placed similar sports bet. I contacted support and was advised to wait 48 hours from the time of placing my bet which I did (even though regular practice is 48 hours from the original advertised time of the event).
It has now been over 2 days & they have yet to settle my bet and return the bet funds to me. This is something extremely unique to me as I have never waited this long on any platform/online casino or sports betting site. Please be careful and advised when placing sports bets on this site.
