Withdrawal of $4,200 CAD delayed due to excessive and redundant verification demands

I am filing this complaint due to systemic delays and contradictory requirements regarding my account verification and withdrawal at Mr.Bet. I have been attempting to withdraw my funds for over 12 days. Despite being a long-term player who has provided exhaustive documentation, the casino continues to reset the 48-hour review clock with redundant demands. 

1. Contradictory Confirmation of Verification

On January 26, 2026, Manager Tina officially confirmed via email that my phone number was verified and my withdrawal was "successfully processed". On January 31, staff confirmed in live chat that all documents were received and only a "final review" remained. However, on February 2, the casino reverted my status to "Needs Resubmission," claiming my verification was denied. 

2. Redundant Requests for Historical Proof of Payment

The casino is currently withholding my funds by demanding a detailed receipt for a $200 CAD deposit made on May 10, 2022. I have provided the following undeniable proof: 

• A TD Canada Trust Transaction Enquiry proving the transfer with Reference Number CAWzxKfp.

• An email from Gigadat Solutions (the payment processor) confirming Reference Number CAWzxKfp was successfully applied to Mr.Bet on May 10, 2022.

• An automated email from Mr.Bet itself, dated May 10, 2022, confirming the transaction was successful (ID: 31250914).

It is highly irregular to demand proof for a transaction the casino already acknowledged and processed four years ago. 

3. Technical Failures

The casino’s automated phone verification system failed repeatedly, which Manager Benjamin acknowledged as a system failure on their end. Furthermore, the internal document upload portal is currently non-functional, failing to respond when the "Submit" button is pressed. 

Desired Resolution:

I request that Mr.Bet immediately approve my total pending withdrawal of $4,200.00 CAD (comprising requests for $4,130, $40, and $30). I have exceeded all reasonable verification standards and provided documentation for transactions the casino confirmed years ago.

I have been trying to withdraw my funds from my account, which currently totals approximately €15,000. The withdrawal process has been delayed due to repeated verification issues, despite submitting all required documents multiple times, including:

• Passport

• Proof of address (current address verified with my official registration certificate / “Meldezettel”)

• Payment method verification

While my current address has been verified with the official registration certificate, the system still shows my old address, which appears to be blocking the verification process and preventing my withdrawal. I have contacted MrBet support multiple times via email, but the responses have been inconsistent or delayed, and my withdrawal has not yet been processed.

I kindly request AskGamblers to review this case and assist in ensuring that my documents are properly verified and that my withdrawal is processed without further unreasonable delays.

I am writing this complaint regarding verification issue. I request a withdraw amount of $600 on Nov 25,2025. After 48 Hours they put my account under verification. After uploading all documents they requested to wait 48 hours. On dec 3, 6, 11 I emailed them my documents and I had chat with customer care and each and single time they said we need your pay slips and passport in result I had already emailed them on very first time. On their end, they mentioned that there was mix up at the department and I had to send screenshot of emails with attachments which they ignored all time. As per customer care they never looked at my emails. I am very fed up and disappointed and now I am waiting for forever. Kindly please help me get my money as I have already provided them all documents. It's been almost more than 3 weeks now.

Tried to withdrawal max winning of $30 only to be informed the minimum withdrawal limit is $40

Asked support if I can try bridge the difference they agreed.

Tried to confirm max winning was told the general max limits... 5000 per week etc

Attempted withdrawal for 109.18

The money in my account was unlocked and was manually adjusted back down to 30$

Again I enquired how do I withdrawal a maximum of $30 when minimum to withdrawal is $40

Not possible to create a withdrawal request for an amount below NZD 40.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Mr. Bet Casino regarding a significantly delayed withdrawal of 8,000 NOK.

My account is fully verified, and I initiated this withdrawal request several days ago.

According to Mr. Bet Casino's official terms, the maximum withdrawal limit is €15,000 per month. My current withdrawal request of 8,000 NOK, even when combined with a previous withdrawal of 35,000 NOK, totals only 43,000 NOK, which is well within the stated monthly limit. Despite this, the casino has delayed my withdrawal for over 72 hours, exceeding their own processing time of 48 hours.

When I contacted their customer support, they initially cited high volume as a reason for the delay, but later asked me to wait until December 9th for the payment. Furthermore, customer support representative Molly provided misleading information, stating that the maximum withdrawal limit was 50,000 NOK within a 30-day period, which contradicts the casino's actual terms.

I have complied with all their rules and betting requirements, and I have not abused any bonuses. I expect my withdrawal to be processed immediately, as per their own terms and conditions.

After this complaint, I will, of course, report them to their license provider to highlight the issue.

I can tell this is not their first time delaying payouts.

This is absolutely bad practice

I have tried multiple times to verify my phone number and it just won't work. I have a legit Canadian number, but Mr.Bet Casino is telling me it is not a valid personal number. I have emailed and talked to the chat support, and they are not very helpful at all with this issue. I am trying to withdraw my money, but I can't do that unless my phone number gets verified.

I've been playing Mr Bet casino for a couple of months.

On my birthday. (August 07/ 2025) I won $13'416 and since that day I've been trying to withdraw it.

First, they told me to verify my account. I've provided them with everything they've asked for.

-Provided my license with the correct address.

-Provided them with a bank statement. (With my correct address on it and date stamped)

-Verified my phone number.

They kept denying my bank statement, so I'd go bank to bank and get a new one. I had to do this 5 times. Tried using a direct deposit form also.

They used every excuse in the book to not verify my proof of address..

Verifying my phone number was supposed to be my final step, but now, they are telling me that 5 days ago that my account would be verified within 48 hours.

I still haven't been paid. I will attach all the emails and proof.
