Casino doesn't take seriously the requests from a player who has gambling problems. Wanted to close my account, but the Manager wanted to have a verification from my doctor to do so. After requesting more times to put a deposit limit, the request was being ignored or delayed by the casino. Made a request for reimbursement but never got an answer since 15 September.
