Metal Casino is a place I've heard about several times and I was quite curious to try them out myself. I think that they have a good name and solid branding behind which makes them very memorable. Although I'm not a fan of metal music, I found the casino and the look of their website very appealing.

I was low-rolling with 20 cent bets as I know the game can be a money eater. It was the case this time too as I didn't get a single hit over 40x bet, the game was completely dead.When my balance was around 10eur, I decided to play Carnival Queen. With minimum bets my balance lasted for about 30 minutes, I managed to get one bonus round but it didn't pay much.

They might have nice welcome bonus of 100% match or an average one but unfortunately I wasn't eligible for that bonus. Its really frustrating because they all come with the same owner and in some of the MT casinos I am eligible for their welcome bonus and at some of them I am not.

I liked Metal casino but they really look a like Rik casino which when you look at their bonuses or rewards you'll see there is a lot of similarities.maybe they named them differently but yes, they have the same rewards. I like playing at Rizk so why not try my luck here.

Beside that I still wanted to open account, which I did and made my few deposits here, actually cant remember how many they were 2,3 or maybe 4 deposits in this newly added casino.

After I made my last deposit I received an email that i should send my ID for KYC verification if not my account will be blocked, which I am ok with that step as any casino would ask for.Ihave send all my documents for verification purpose and what's more frustrating they have been rejecting it all several times. I really don't understand...how my documents are accepted in all their brands as Guts,Rizk,Casino Calzone,Dunder just to name few of them and this Metal casino keeps rejecting my documents.

I would of close my account immediately,butif i have done that in that moment then I wouldn't be able to play in any of their MT Secure brands. Well not nice experience from Metal casino and really don't understand their behavior, but from all this as I can see they don't care about some countries as they are oriented for several countries only,so you Metal Casino are a bigdisgrace for MT Secure casinos.

Where to start? Didn't get off to a great start as I deposited £50 and got 3 spins on the Mega Wheel, all of which gave me the lowest possible reward, which actually amounted to absolutely nothing when you see how many Metcoins I got compared to how many you need to buy anything, but that's to be expected I suppose.
However, the problems really began when I tried to actually use the site. I couldn't play anything until my ID had been checked and I can honestly say I've never had to jump through so many hoops or supplied so much personal information to a casino before. One thing after another was required, from bank statements to info about how much money I earn, and each time I supplied the documents they wanted something else. There's a progress section you can check, and even though each section I completed was saying I had supplied the documents and came with a tick, it was coloured in red indicating failure.
Time after time I contacted support asking why I was getting conflicting information and each time I was told it would be sorted by the next day, which of course it wasn't. This went on for over 2 weeks and I couldn't withdraw my money or play anything, and every support chat resulted in the same thing, being told there was a glitch that was being looked at by the tech department.
Eventually I had to inform them I was going to contact the Gambling Commission to get my money back unless it was fixed within 48 hours, and soon after that the problem was resolved and I could finally access the games and my money.
They did give me some free spins, but by then I had decided I didn't trust the site at all and withdrew my money, and haven't been back since. The money at least came out quite fast.
I'm not saying they're at all dodgy or were doing it on purpose, but if you don't mind a ton of really personal questions about your financial situation (way more than any other casino I'm in) before you've even had a chance to actually do anything, then go ahead and join. Just don't expect anything from the Wheel and be prepared for a very long delay getting verified.
