I am writing to file a complaint regarding my Melbet account withdrawal, which has still not been credited to my bank account/wallet.

I placed a withdrawal request from my Melbet account on 5th April 2026 for the amount of 10002 rupees. The transaction status on Melbet is showing as processed/completed, but I have not yet received the funds in my payment account.

Following a request from melbet support,I have submitted clear, original photos of my National ID(both side). Despite my full compliance ,melbet is deliberately delaying the verification process by falsely claiming the dacoments are not original.furthermore,they have implemented an

Authorization Error preventing me from accessing my funds.

I’m from Bangladesh, and I’m writing to raise a complaint regarding a prize I won.

About 1.5 months ago, I achieved 1st place in a contest and won an Apple Watch Series 10. After winning, I waited for an update but did not receive any clear information.

I then contacted Melbet support by email. They asked me to confirm whether I wanted the physical prize or 11,000 promo points instead. I replied and clearly requested the promo points. However, after that response, I did not receive any further reply.

However, the current market price of the Apple Watch Series 10 is around 41,000 BDT, so I believe I should receive approximately the same amount in promo points (with minor variation). I do not understand why only 11,000 promo points are being offered. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I still have not received a proper update.

This extended waiting time and poor communication are very disappointing.

I requested a withdrawal from my account, and it seems to have been approved, but I haven't received the money yet. They say I have to wait three hours, and I have waited, but I haven't received anything. The money transfer itself takes no more than ten seconds. I've sent several emails, but there's no response. I have 3000 Saudi Riyals in my wallet, and 2080 has been transferred but I haven't received it yet total 5080 riyal ... Please help me get my money.

Note: The complaint was filed after the time specified by the casino had expired.
