Despite attempts, their support team has been unable to rectify a glitch on their end which does not allow me to play real money games. Each withdrawal attempt is consistently rejected due to a 1x or 10x playthrough requirement, which I cannot fulfill as I'm unable to access the games. Despite numerous emails to their support team, it seems they are leading me in circles.
My issue was elevated but they have not replied to my email after that. Moreover, each time I respond to the ongoing email chain, a new staff member start all over again.
Despite my attempts to avoid escalating the matter, the lack of progress is becoming untenable.

I ended up taking my 1 LTC deposit and bringing it up to 4 LTC. I cashed out my deposit and received it confirmed in my ewallet in under 10 minutes.
I then was up 10 LTC overall and lost quite a bit of it but still cashed out a nice winning. This wasn't a tremendous amount of money but a decent win. The game selection was amazing, the website is fast, support was easy to get ahold of and I do enjoy their community chat that is available site wide. After withdrawing my winnings, I used the free spins that were available and won about 0.5 LTC. I ended up losing it all but at least it was a decent amount to have a chance of winning and it was appreciated.

My second withdraw had me concerned. It was submitted for management approval. I wasn't sure why since it was 2 LTC and it states ewallets are within minutes. I am not sure why it got sent for approval but a few hours later I received my winnings without any additional work on my part.
