There is nothing positive to talk about Maxxxcasino.

I registered myself and made a deposit, but it wouldn't let me play and message keeps popping up, saying provide verification documents. I tried to contact customer service, but only available customer representative was Czech speaking.
First I don't understand why would you have a Czech speaking customer service in United kingdom??
2nd there is no call center ? Only way to contact is via email, 24 hours passes by and no reply from customer support. On top of it, I can't withdraw the money that I deposited from my bank account and there is no one to help.

Well, where do I begin...

I got suckered in to depositing at this casino through their "refer-a-friend" offer, where both you and your friend get a €40 bonus upon a referral successfully depositing at least €20. The site is incredibly clunky and hard to navigate, but I did manage to make my deposit and receive my refer-a-friend bonus as well as the 100% first deposit bonus. Let me first comment on the fact that the wagering requirements on these bonuses are ridiculous - 50 x for the 100% deposit bonus and 45 x for the refer-a-friend bonus! That's way higher than any other casino I play at, where these usually range from 25-35 x.

Anyway, with my deposit successfully processed and €80 on my account, I decided to try out some of the Microgaming slots they offer (they have NetEnt and Play'n'Go in addition to this). Here's where I ran into my first proper issue, the Microgaming slots simply don't work for me. They give me an error message saying something about the casino not allowing guest users to play, and that I should register a real account to play. I was logged in at this point, with money in my account. No worries, I figured, let's just use this opportunity to contact the 24/7 English support they boast about on their website.

Well, I access the help desk, but the only person there is a Polish-speaking person. Now, I don't think I have to specifically mention this, but Polish is not English. I tried to communicate with this person using Google Translate, and they simply said that they have forwarded the query to the "technical staff." I asked when I would receive a response, and if they were still working (I was promised 24/7, so y'know), but I got barely any helpful information at all, aside from "You will receive a response Soon™." When I then approached this person about the lack of English customer support, as specifically promised on their support page, I got no response. I tried a few more times until the support representative finally disconnected, thanking me for using their help desk.

This site is a poorly thought-out joke, and you'd be better off depositing money elsewhere.

Recently Maxxxcasino joined AskGamblers and I got introduced to them, I saw they were launched in 2012 so I was surprised that I had never heard about them. The name didn't seem too interesting, but I saw that they have Netent, Microgaming and Play'n Go software and that interested me. I checked their page and the lobby looked really beautiful. On their site it's stated that they are European Certified with Malta license so I felt that they were trustful.

They offer a lot of bonuses and I think that's really great. For welcome bonus on your first deposit you can get 100% match but on your second deposit- 150% match bonus. I wanted to ask some details about the first welcome bonus so I contacted live chat, there was only available agent in Czech language and after I asked if he spoke English, I was asked to send an email inquiry. It's good that they have other languages but I think that live chat in English should always be available.

I have read and studied in details their general terms of bonuses, but I did not find any information here about wagering requirements for bonuses from the casino welcome offers.

To my delight, I found out that Maxxxcasino offers live chat support and I decided to contact the casino support. Before I clicked on the tab “live chat” I prepared the long list of issues. But then I experienced a surprise. There was only available a live chat operator in the Czech language. I really do not know almost any word of Czech language, although my ancestors migrated right from the Czech Republic to Bosnia and Herzegovina, about 120 years ago. I will add that I had a problem with logging after the registration on Maxxxcasino. Only after 5-6 attempts I was able to log into my casino account.

For now, I have decided to drop the idea of making a deposit here. In fact, I will try one more time to contact the casino support via live chat, and I hope that then will be an available operator who speaks English and who will give me the answers to all of my questions about the pending time and wagering requirements for bonuses.
